I ordered 2x12.5kg dumbells over a week…
I ordered 2x12.5kg dumbells over a week ago and I'm yet to receive a delivery date. I thought I would have them within a week so feel very let down.

The customer literally just emailed me about 40 minutes ago to ask for a delivery date on a pre-order product. I told him he would be getting the product for the first week of January as it states that in the description of the product as well. Please read the description of products before purchasing them.
Problem resolved
My order was unfortunately lost in transit and out of stock when we realised but they managed to source me another at the same cost and sent me it without any issues. Great service.

Great service and quick delivery
Halil was very helpful and got back to me quickly when I enquired about some measurements of equipment, and the delivery was super quick! Great communication all round, and everything was in perfect condition on arrival!

Awful
Awful service as weights were delayed (company stating they sent to wrong address, after I had asked where they are). When I did eventually receive them, they are possibly the cheapest, tackiest weights I’ve ever had.
They have replied to my review, but please don’t buy from them (definitely their weight plates)…. Pretty basic company too, which annoyed me as I had hoped for standard weights.

We had informed the customer there was going to be a delay due to the items being sent to the wrong address; at no point did the customer ask to cancel his order for a refund. For the quality of the products I completely disagree with the customer, I'm more than happy to arrange a return for a full refund if you are not happy with the products. Please get in contact via email. EDIT: Clearly the customer is just being difficult and wants some attention JUST IGNORE.
