Had an exceptional experience shopping here. Bought two wool jackets, okay they’re slightly expensive (£260 each), but the quality and design are unparalleled. Could easily have been >£500 if you stitched a logo on the chest. Packaging was well designed and showed effort. Included a free tote bag, and two fabric jacket/suit hanger bags. Ended up returning one of the jackets (as got multiple sizes) and the return process was very straightforward. They included a prepaid label and I just booked a home delivery via Royal Mail.

Most impressive company I’ve purchased from before, far exceeding the likes of harrods, Ralph Lauren, etc.

Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt - don’t be turned away from a great brand.

This company has some competent and helpful people on their Customer Service. The delivery was rapid, everything was perfect, and beautifully wrapped. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a prepaid return sticker, incase the client was disappointed. The client was delighted with the purchase and I would recommend this site.

I have ordered 2 pair of pants and a hat. Very satisfied with the pants, though not so much with the hat . Despite that, the whole process from order to delivery was very good and fast, and took in total 5 days 😊 . I will return the hat and update my review with my experience with returning items and getting a refund.

UPDATE: I returned the hat on the 28th of October and received my refund yesterday. So I have to say, im very satisfied with the Octobre editions customer service 😊

Can't talk about the quality or designs but the delivery and shipping ist just terrible , even for delivery within Europe!
Paid extra money for en express shipping, promised delivery time when ordering was 3-4 working days. It's been 3 working days and the order hasn't even shipped yet. Upon contacting the customer service they said of well there's another 4-5 !! Days preparing the order!! Which was not mentioned when ordering anywhere.
The items were a birthday gift, which now won't be arriving anytime soon!
Very disappointed.

Love the clothes, quality is great and service is really good.

Gorgeous designs and colours, very strong marketing, but terrible, terrible quality.

-Kale trousers advertised as unlined and 100% linen, but came with cheap polyester lining poorly cut all the way to the knee and left unsown.
-Hubbell straight pants fell apart at the crotch seams upon first wear.
-Caio polo arrived ripped at the collar seam.
-Kurt straight jeans fly buttons not properly attached, came apart after one month of wear.

It is clear that they have found a competitive price point for beautiful designs, they have put their money into marketing with beautiful pictures and upscale feel, and cut all corners with quality.

I am only writing this review because I'm heartbroken. I thought I'd found my brand. Prepare to be as disappointed as I was.

The product was of good quality and I loved the stitching and packaging, it was very elegant and attention to detail was exquisite. However the size of the sweater was smaller than expected. I've ordered from Octobre previously and tried out various shirts and polos and jackets. I'm always an L. However the sweater with L is a bit small for me. Otherwise no complaints.

I found octobre editions on instagram. I got curious and ordered some items last Friday. 3 days later I already received my order and I love the products. Very good quality and they look exactly like in the pictures. I would highly recommend it!

The clothes look amazing, so much so, I thought of having them as my main source of clothes. I ordered Carl trousers in Anthracite Tweed size 40, they sent me size 42, twice! Just to tell me that they ran out of size 40. So I ordered same trousers, different colour in size 40 again. And for the THIRD time, they sent me wrong size. I had high hopes for the brand, and all went down the drain before I could even wear any of their clothes.

I’m a first-time customer from Octobre Editions. I bought the Peter Parka and Weldon Coat. Based on previous reviews, this is my take to either confirm or deny those claims.

Pros:
-fast shipping
-quality material, good fit, looks as advertised
-customer service responded after 1 business day
-provided $15 credit for the inconvenience
-sent a replacement jacket the next day, just received tracking information.
-I had to pay the custom tax for the replacement jacket but when I reached out to them they refunded me the money

Cons:
-jacket buttons fell out when opening box. It was broken when I received it which was very unfortunate.
-expected better craftsmanship for the price of the item
-have to pay customs tax and only found out when DHL reached out
-have to pay custom tax again for new replacement jacket
-replacement jack came in a week and was the wrong size

I have reached out to the company to see what can be done. I am hoping they do the right thing for customers when sending defective product that we paid a lot of money for. I understand many of you are concerned about ease of returns and wrong sizing. Let’s see how they handle this situation.

Based on their response and support rectifying the situation, I will keep everyone posted here and update my review rating accordingly. For now, disappointed to receive a defective product that cost over $400 USD.

I received the jacket on 2/14 but it was in the wrong size. I’m not sure how that could have got that wrong but seems like everything that could go wrong, did. While they were apologetic and did try to make amends, I had to refund the jacket as it took too long and was getting too cumbersome. I can see their effort in trying to fix things for their customers so I have upgraded the rating from 2 stars to 3 stars but cannot give a higher rating due to my experience.

Internatinal buyers beware – fraud
If you order outside EU, they do not deduct the French VAT but bag it themselves, you have to pay for import duties as well as fees – and if you want to return anything, you have to pay the fees for VAT refund again (they are mostly higher than the VAT itself).
Total rip off and joke in 2024. I never had these problems when ordering from other intl suppliers like Mr Porter, Matches etc.

Ordered an XL shirt and paid extra 5€ for shipping. When we received the shirt we realised they sent XXL instead of XL. So communicated this error to them, they responded quickly no problem here. BUT they only refunded the cost of the shirt not the shipping cost! Basically I sponsored for them to send me a faulty item! Response I got from them is ridiculous:

Since our returns are free, we do not refund delivery costs for a return.
When the item is faulty or wrongly sent, its return is also free.

They have beautiful sweaters for sale on their website. More beautiful than anywhere I've looked; and I've looked all over the World. When I asked for the measurements of the sweaters in my size, however, they couldn't provide them. Here I am, a guy willing to spend $1000.00 on sweaters, and they are unable to help me.

They lied about their shipping times, their customer service was wholly unhelpful and rude, their customer service rep ghosted me after a couple exchanges, they lied about complementary gifts to try to increase orders — I could go on and on. Stay clear of this company.

Stylish product, good quality, easy return (label inside, Austria to France). Quick delivery. Trouser size is unusual, I have 33 inch (jeans) or 52 (EU), size 42 was too small , I change to 44. Shirt in L is "slim fit", but OK (as mentioned)

Great to be able to see clothes worn from different angles. Also good product description and easy ordering process.

Sizing guide was really confusing. As someone who didn't know their jacket size I attempted to use your site's reference but it hardly helped. The listed jacket sizes for the jacket were 34-44 but the chart showed 44-50something. Not only that but the chart specified some of the measurements were in cm when I think they were in fact inches based on the measurements I took of a jacket I already owned (ie my chest measured 109cm but the chart showed measurements for '61' and below which much more closely resembles the inches conversion). If it weren't for the sizing fiasco - which led me to take about an hour of my own time measuring, estimating and drawing conclusions of my own based on the info provided by your site - the experience would have been much better.

Easy customer service/returns from the U.S. and great e-comm/fulfilment. French sizing threw me off (large is medium!) but returned/exchange was no problem/easy.

Easy, quick, great product!
