Octipa may be a real business
Octipa may be a real business, but apparently there is an ORYKAS company that redirects attempts to go to Octipa to their website instead. Octipa has a warning that they do not do business under any other name. Be cautious when trying to purchase from Octipa online!
My review is a warning to others who may try to get to Octipa and find themselves elsewhere. Verify the address you end up at. I tried few times and kept going to a close match, but not Octipa. My experience there has been horrible. Weeks of waiting for my order to ship. Ordered July 10 and still waiting to get a delivery date. It is not intended as a bad review for Octipa, but verify where you are as this other company appears to be hijacking those trying to get to Octipa

Jade at Octipa has gone above and beyond in providing me with customer service. I had ordered the wrong size of underwear for my husband. I was willing to return the unopened packages in exchange for the correct size. She is replacing the incorrect sized underwear and told me to gift the incorrect sized ones to someone else - our son who is undergoing prostate cancer will be the lucky recipient. My husband loves the underwear and says they are very comfortable. This type of service was not expected but greatly appreciated.

The boxer shorts are advertised as being able to absorb up to 300ml but in fact leak heavily on 100ml. Luckily given refund but disappointed that the product does not work
The company spells its name in different ways ,Orkyas, but the incontinance pants purchased for my husband were useless. The company are difficult to contact and do not offer refunds even though the advertising is not correct. Following this review I’ve had an email requesting more details of my order, I’ve sent them and asked for a phone number but am awaiting response. Prior to this I had 2 auto generated emails offering a return label for unused items and the offer of a different size, not what I asked for. How would he discover that the pants do not work without trying them. I’m hoping that they realise that a refund should be made for goods that do not match their advertising promises.

Briefs like these are hard to fit. When I received my order, the brief's didn't fit well. Octipa, and Jade de chez in particular... made the return process friendly, painless and discrete. They took immediate action to ship me the next size bigger at no cost to me. Customer service the way it SHOULD BE. Octipa bends over backwards to satisfy their customers as was the case with me. My parcel got lost in transport and Octipa resent the order rather than make me wait any longer. Further, when the special shorts did not fit they changed the size to fit to resend. I applaud their persistence in keeping this customer satisfied.

Don't EVER order from this company - they are terrible.
I placed an order 2 months ago, paid and I am still waiting for delivery.
After a month they said that there was a problem with my delivery address(clearly I don't know where I live) then they told me that I needed to contact the courier company to correct my delivery address which I did. They replied saying that I, as the customer, was not permitted to change the address but has to get Octipa to change it. This has been going on now for over a month with neither party willing to correct my delivery address despite no one being able to tell me what the error actually is.
