Disappointing

Been a client with them since 6 years, since the last incident that happened in cpanel, they didn't have any sort of backup and thus i ended up losing all my data , project, and DBs , and everything ,extremely disappointing , they will never see any of my pennies again

We would, however, like to clarify that backup systems were in place. Unfortunately, following the recent international cPanel security incident, the available backup associated with your account was found to be damaged and could not be restored successfully.

Our technical team made several recovery attempts, but regrettably, the affected data could not be recovered. We sincerely apologize for the impact this has had on your projects and business.

Octenium... Good hosting

Actually, after 3 years hosting experience, i can tell that Octenium is in constant evolution which makes it the best in Algeria... Easy paiement, nice customer service, good prices... Recommend it.

Octenium is one of the best web services providers!

I've worked with them so many times in the past, and I'll still work with them from now on since they provide one of the best services of hosting websites and web applications.
The websites I've created for my clients are almost always available, and their availability is getting better and better compared to my first time using their hosting service.
The tools, servers, technologies, scripts and apps provided by Octenium are always up to date, and no additional fees are required for using them.
Their customer service is also excellent, you'll get answers and tech support in no time.
I recommend using Octenium for people who want a good quality service for the best fees in the market!
