Octal Software or Octal IT is fraudulent. They scammed us several thousands of Dollars without delivery any of the agreed milestone.
They keep collecting advance payment and immediately they are done collecting all their payment, they ghost you and hardly respond. A project we started in January, 2022 which should take 5months maximum is yet to be completed in 2025.

The world should stay away from them. This is India based fraudsters.
You will lose your money if you fail not to give them a try.😭😭😭

They claim to be UK and USA based but they are based in India scamming people all over the world 🌎 🌎.

They don't reply after collecting your money and they don't refund instead they start asking for more money.

One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company. They promise the world and accept your project. They then start your project much later than agreed upon. They don't honor the contract signed. They have 0 communication. They kept asking for money in advanced even though they weren't finished with their agreed milestones. They lied about their progress. Worst of all they suck up all your time and money and don't even give you anything. When you try to talk to them they ignore you. I would stay away at all costs. Spend 2x or even 5x more with a better company. My project which was supposed to take 4 months to complete wasn't even 30% done in 1 year. They don't care at all if your project gets done or not. We lost lots of time and money with them. They also had 0 experience in the requirements they needed to have for our project, but said they did. Eventhough their website may say they work with huge brands, maybe they have had developers here or there that works with those brands, but you won't be getting them at all. Oh my favorite part was after 7 months on the project they had thought there were features with the app that we weren't supposed to have. They never even understand what we wanted our app to be like. Anyways, fast forward 1 year and we replaced them with another company that's better.
