One of the best overall experience
First thing I noticed is the high quality of packaging. Many major companies should take it as an example. The unboxing experience was one of the best I have had and trust me I have all the simracing and pc gear you ever known...yes including motion as well.
The Windsim pro itself it is super high quality and efficient, quite, yet powerfull! Assembling it was easy and straightforward. OC Racing is providing more than enough motuing brackets for the tube and all the necessary fittings.
Everysince I got it, I can't race without it anymore... :D It helps with the long races as well as the immersion factor. I can highly highly recommend to anyone!

I have nothing bad to say, that means good
I have nothing bad to say, the order and the delivery went as planned. The wind sim I got works really great and looks amazing. I am a DIY guy so I immediately changed some of your screws with bolts and nuts but that's just me. Just for the better grip. Will send some of my friends to get some of your equipment.

Exceptional Customer Support – They Truly Go Above and Beyond!
I recently had an excellent experience with this company and wanted to share it. I initially purchased the WindSim PRO wind simulator for my VR setup but desired a much stronger wind sensation. I decided to upgrade the fans myself (a DIY project) using 4x Bgears b-Blaster fans and a stronger power supply. Unfortunately, my lack of technical knowledge led to overloading the control box, causing it to burn out. Totally my fault!
After explaining the situation to customer support, I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and patience. They responded with an extremely detailed explanation of what went wrong—turns out my fans drew far more current (8A) than the control box and power supply could handle. They clarified the power supply’s limitations and the risks involved, helping me better understand where I went wrong.
What really blew me away, though, was their solution. Instead of leaving me to figure it out, they offered to custom-build a reinforced control box capable of safely handling my upgraded fans. They even postponed shipping to ensure the product would meet my needs perfectly.
Their communication was fantastic throughout—transparent, educational, and friendly. I genuinely felt they cared about my setup and safety. Enthusiasts like me sometimes push boundaries without understanding the risks, and their expert guidance saved me from more costly mistakes (and potential hazards).
This level of customer support is rare these days, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you're considering their products or have unique requirements, rest assured they'll go above and beyond to help.
