Greeted with a smile and a friendly service on entering. Ordered fish(whale) & chips mushy peas, wife had Hake and vegetables with malaise sauce!! Well the portions are a great size struggled to finish mine and I love fish & chips!! Had a pint of Camden Town IPA!! Speedy service with a smile and hot food!! I love my food oven hot and certainly was. Fantastic view of Plymouth harbour and the sea aircon too!! Toilets are all art deco..lovely!! Clean toilets means clean kitchen and eating area. Highly recommend. 5 star.

omg disaster from start to finish. food cold and poor quality , no smiles, no communication whatsoever with staff !! food had to be sent back to do again , when it came out it was all wrong !!! total disaster very very dissapointed with all of it never go there again !!!

Gave 1 star as couldn’t give zero. Don’t waste your time booking with this company. Booked a table for 7 for a 50th birthday celebration using their on line system. Got no confirmation, so phoned twice and got no response, so left a voicemail. No reply. Turned up and told no booking. Staff just shrugged shoulders and said you can sit in a row of separate tables in a dark corner with no sea view. Left and took business to Pier 1, which was great. Really poor, uncaring and inept company. Avoid!
