I like how this is literally Google but it helps protect the planet at the same time! Also I love the images that show up on every tab you open, they're so cool! Why aren't more people using this?

i havent used it yet, but i cant tell it REALLYY helps the environment. i hope people can use this app much more than any other apps like google, chatGPT or etc.

Ocean Hero is a great browser. not only am I contributing to helping ocean life, but the customization options are so cute and nicley organized! plus, there's even an AI chat slot! every time you search something up, it pops up and sums everything up for you! I can even have convos with it! (watch out for ocean puns tho LOL) I honestly think its even better than google, and its awsome how I can help make a difference for the enviorment from the comfort of my own home. looks legit...you should definetley give it a go!

I didn't even sign up but the bottles counter is going up at a constant rate. When I switch tabs, it pauses, and when I take a screenshot, it just stops the screen, which is the screenshot app functionality, but then it continues from where it left. Why on earth would it stop just for me? It makes no sense. And if you consider that thousands of pounds are paid by advertisers, they should be picking up at least 100 per search, but instead it is a fraction that is less than 1! And people shouldn't earn shells like that. It just should at least be like 10,000 shells per search!

I love ocean hero its a fun and cool way to make sure that plastic gets out of our oceans

Good but what I really dislike is how when I search something temu keeps on popping up which is kinda making this feel like an advertisement.

Everywhere I go, if I see a piece of plastic or harmful garbage on the ground I pick it up. Seriously---my coat pockets are stuffed with an abundance of strange things that rattle when I move after a walk. But I want to do MORE. I don't live by the ocean, I'm a mountain girlie and I wish I could be everywhere at once to help the environment even if it's little, and this extension DOES that for me!
At the end of the day, when I've gotten 50 pieces of trash out the ocean, I've helped marine wildlife, and have helped pay a person in need; I feel so GOOD!!
I think this is a must try for everyone around the world. I have gained so much knowledge from the ocean questions and facts that are given, and so far it has worked the exact same as google for me. I'm an online schooler, so during school I'm constantly searching and opening tabs--and it feels like I am contributing to something beautiful (which you are!)
I think this is also a great way for brands to help support the ocean as well in little ways; to get themselves on track to be motivated to help.
Either way, you're helping with this extension. And it may seem small to you, but all of our numbers added up makes it worth it.
(PS: something that has helped me; most of my must-need-tabs are already saved on my desktop in the 'starred' and 'folder' section under my search bar from google. This makes it so if I need a certain website that I can't find on OceanHero, I have it already!)

I really like the search engine and that It's supposed to remove plastic from the ocean - something that really is close to my heart. The reason why I am very sceptical about it, is that it works based on advertisement that appears, firms pay in order to get visibility to potential new customers. I've seen firms like Shein and Temu and so on, which produce tons of plastic. Isn't this very counterproductive? Makes me suspect this is a scam to be honest. I love the pics tho. The search engine is not perfect but til now it functions for what I need.

This is probably the best search engine ever so far. It's definitely a big step from google by helping the ocean and marine life. I love the customization settings that any other search engine has. Great, amazing job Ocean Her.!

When I saw the advertisement on YOUTUBE thought it is Awesome . Of course I would like to be part of this positive movement because it is for the sake for higher purpose. And we all live in a connect circle of life . Hopefully this idea succeed & grows more . I thank the person who created started this idea in reality , that person does not realize how big good differences is happening in reality . and even if we as humas wont have good thing in exchange from participating in helping to save the marine life , everyone participating in building better life for creatures that the ocean their home . This is also higher purpose that Allah/God sees everyone participated in it , Defiantly he loves it and means a lot . at least the minimal thing we do when we know about it . But again a Big Thanks for who did this idea and allowed the people to participate in it .

Feels rewarding to see the number of bottles removed go up and up, works well and a good cause for doing something as simple as a search,

My only reason that I couldn't give this a 5 is that you can't get the box that has the strait-forward answer when you Google something, so I have to go scrounging for answers, which can get a bit tedious, (but don't let that you if dissuade you if your considering getting this browser) if this gets fixed, this browser would be perfect.

The answers when I search something are alright but sometimes they didn't have what I was looking for. It still had great things that work really well and is overall a good search engine.

I have not had any issues with using OceanHero. I've used it on and off through the years and am now currently using it!
The search results are good, although I haven't used many of the alternate tabs such as images and shopping.
4 stars because it is a little slow and doesn't have all the features I would want.
