Sadly I think Ocean have decent products, but the worst customer service (and basic competence) I think I’ve ever experienced. To be specific, they emailed themselves (not me) that they were out of stock on one of my items, then after I chased them, they sent the new order to the WRONG CONTINENT!! (America instead of Australia). If you’ve experienced worse customer service, I pity you! There is still a chance this is a scam website and I’ll report to credit card and authorities if so.

One star is one too many
I ordered sunglasses from Ocean Sunglasses more than a week ago. The transaction went through and the vendor received the funds. No confirmation was sent and no tracking information was provided. I sent three emails, to sales and to support but received no replies. I am afraid that this is a scam and not an honest business and will try to talk to my credit card company to see what can be done. I just received notification that emails sent to sales were not delivered. This is likely scam.
