Very high broker fees!!
Fees are crazy high!! There are FAR cheaper brokers out there. Despite being ‘approved’ for the loan amount I wanted, when the hard search was done, I was told the loan-to-value was too high and I could only get about half of what I applied for, something which surely should’ve been known before the hard search???!! Blessing in disguise really as I’ve gone with another broker and I’m paying £2000 less in fees!

Excellent customer service. It is great as you get to see your balance through the app and it shows what you are spending straight away. You can make payments before the due date as you have control of this through the app
