**HAVERHILL** Not sure why Ipswich would claim this company as they have a number of branches. I went to Haverhill Suffolk and couldn't be more delighted with the experience I had with Debbie and Jo. They were both excellent and restored my gift of sight. Their advice has put everything into glorious HD. Thank you.
After being very dissatisfied with a well known major high street chain and after reading the Observatory reviews, my wife and decided to give them a try.
We are so glad we did! The whole process from a comprehensive eye test, advice on the best lenses for us, help with choosing the frames was done very professionally and without pressure, they were happy to answer all our questions. When my wife and I returned 2 weeks later to collect new glasses, we received the same excellent level of service and care. Highly recommend the Observatory, we wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I got my last pair of glasses from Observatory after reading reviews and was not disappointed by their customer care. The eye test itself was very thorough and I was given time to ask questions about my prescription to ensure it was just right.
I've always struggled with finding new glasses and often end up just getting something similar to my previous pair. However the staff actually made some great suggestions for me that actually suited me well.
