The OBM School provided me with a solid start as an OBM. The Accelerator program offered everything I needed for my first steps with prospects and new clients. I knew I was on the right track, and I joined Accreditation out of the desire to learn even more and elevate the value I bring to clients.

The in-depth Accreditation resources and training helped me to successfully land my first two monthly retainer clients. The hands-on learning brought value that I could immediately implement with my clients. My investment in both the Accelerator and Accreditation programs was well worth it and I earned back the investment after only 6 weeks with new clients.

By the time I finished the Accreditation program, I was at full capacity in my OBM business. I credit the OBM School training, leaders, and mentors for the speed of my success. They provide a lot of expert guidance in both 1-1 and group sessions. In addition to financial success, I’m very much enjoying my work, my client relationships, and running my own business. My experience is my investment in OBM School paid back multiple times over within the 6 months of the program.

After leaving my corporate career and moving to Belgium in 2020, I needed to create a business that was flexible for my new life but wasn’t sure how my skills would fit into the online space.

in 2021, I joined the OBM School certification program, and it became a turning point in my career. I was already working with clients as an OBM, but I wanted to level up my techniques and connect with others who really understood this work.
The program is intense in the best way. The live breakout sessions and coaching were incredibly valuable, but what really set it apart was the accountability. You have to actually DO the work - create action plans, project plans, SOPs, and present real client work to Sarah Noked and her team for review. If it doesn't meet their standards, you don't pass. You have to redo it.
At first, that felt intimidating. But honestly? It pushed me to prove to myself that I could do this at a high level. When you get that approval back, it's not just validation - it's proof that you're capable of delivering quality work.
The templates and SOP library are worth the investment alone. Years later, I'm still using those resources. This job can feel really lonely, but OBM School created a space where we support each other and share experiences.
If you're serious about becoming a better OBM, this program will challenge you and equip you in ways that matter.

OBM School changed my life. I was a student of the accelerator program, and was able to set up my OBM business systems. But then, I wanted real life experience of what it meant to live the OBM role - and so I upgraded to the Accreditation - the best decision I took. Sarah is so charismatic, realistic and supportive. I am only in the accelerator program and cannot wait to get into the accreditation program and begin working wither her and the team one on one. I have used so many of the resources in my full time job already, and I love the podcast. Her team is also the greatest, very responsive and accommodating with questions and issues.

I purchased the OBM Accelerator course from this company expecting to receive what was promised on their sales page. However, the actual product did not match those claims in key ways. When I raised concerns, I was removed from the course - before I had a chance to complete the refund requirements outlined in their own policy.

I paid in good faith and attempted to resolve the issue directly with the merchant, but they were unwilling to provide a refund - even though their own actions made it impossible for me to qualify for one (they took me out of the course prior to the 48 expectation of "doing the work" outlined in their refund policy).

I attempted to resolve the matter directly and through my credit card company. While my dispute was denied, I believe this situation involves deceptive business practices. I’ve filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and am currently exploring additional legal avenues for resolution.

This review reflects my personal experience, and I’m sharing it so others can make a fully informed decision before purchasing.

10.23.25 Update (to respond to the merchant):
I appreciate the response, but it’s important to clarify the facts. A merchant has a responsibility to:

1. Include all items promised on the sales page, and
2. Follow their own refund policy terms, meaning access to a "lifetime access" course should not be revoked unless a refund is issued.

My course access was revoked before I filed any dispute and before the 48-hour window stated in the refund policy had expired. This action effectively breached the merchants own refund policy.

The course was sold as “lifetime access,” yet access was terminated without a refund. As of now, I still have no access, and the merchant retains my payment.
