7 months later and still no resolution for the x2 pairs of boots that I purchased and they fell apart after 1 week. Avoid this website!

Be very careful when ordering these shoes. I measured my feet according to their instructions and ordered a size 39. When they came in they were way too small. I tried to return them, but you have to return them to China and it was about half the cost of the shoes themselves to return. The shoes are cute, but I don't think they're worth it.

Poor Customer Service
I received a pair of boots as a gift. Unfortunately the pair doesn't match my size. I've tried to reach out to them and they will not answer me in their website. I went to their Tiktok account to try to reach out. Currently waiting a response. Nothing wrong with the merchandise except that the size chart is off. Their lack of service and communication is highly unprofessional. I would never recommend to do service with a company whose work performance is off, especially for the prices the item go for.
