OBI is great for handling time-consuming tasks

OBI is great if you want to have time-consuming tasks taken off your plate.

My team and I have a bunch of tasks that are repetitive and time-consuming and have been slowing us down. By giving this to OBI, we've been able to free ourselves up to focus on more important work (planning, management, etc.)

Make sure to document your process with as many details as possible. That'll help the OBI team when they jump in and take over the work. We use Notion and Bubbles (a Loom alternative) to share with them.

My secret superstar team, thank you Obi Services!

I've been a customer of Obi Services since 2021, and I consider them a valuable extension of my team.

They're capable, friendly and helpful. They're willing to learn and take instructions well.

Sometimes, with BPOs, there's a concern that they will do the tasks without giving you any feedback or guidance on where to make improvements (because the culture is to make the client happy at the sacrifice of innovation); this isn't the case here.

I'd happily recommend them to anyone who needs help with a range of services, such as
- web support
- content writing
- VA tasks (data entry etc)
- software support
- graphic / design/media creation & editing
