Ordered an item on 4th March 2021 and have never received it. We just started 2022!!!
No replies to my emails or FB messages.
Total scam. Cannot recommend it at all.

This would be a zero star if possible. I ordered a gift in Dec. 2020. I received it in middle of Jan. 2021 which that was ok. My daughter picked the item online herself and I ordered it for her. When it arrived it wasn't really what she thought it would look like so I emailed this company 4 times before I got 1 reply Feb.1, 2021. I told them in each email nothing was wrong with the item, it was not damaged in anyway except she didn't care for the item. The 1 reply I got back was to ask me if the item was damaged.....again I emailed back and said the item was not damaged in any way and that my daughter didn't care for it and I just needed a shipping label or any directions to send the item back and get my refund. Still have not heard anything else but the one reply Feb.1 and I have emailed them numerous times.
It does not deserve any good review if they cannot keep a promise that items can be sent back and given a refund. I myself have found out that they are not a trust worthy company and I will pass the word to all my friends and family so they will not get ripped off like they did to me.

Great products, good quality and delivery was a bit faster than what was advised so I'm impressed!
I will definitely buy more, they have nice products to choose from.
