Paid and then nothing. No confirmation email, no response to emails, nothing.

Money refunded by paypal.

Do not touch these scammers.

Paid £9.98 2 days delivery Royal Mail they gave me tracking number after 6 days of me chasing then (tracking number was fake) now they saying item is coming from china may be 2 weeks ! Still waiting 3 weeks not arrived … they just tell lies

The worst of the worst shipping service in the world.
You may be able to deliver my order later this year, although I do not believe it anymore.

They sent me an email saying my parcel has been returned because of a battery but the dhl tracking number they provided were false! then they sent another email saying its been resent but again a fake dhl tracking number!. I have been waiting for 4 weeks for the product that was meant to be getting with their 3 days delivery! having to now claim money back on paypal.

No response from the supplier, despite sending several emails and direct posts on the website. Order remains pending with no change. Do not waste your time - PAYPAL claim made

The product was very well described in the advert. It came exactly as I expected and had even more software with it that I expected. It all worked very well and I am about to place another order as it was such a massive saving. Only downside was the delivery time wasn't as initially described but I was kept informed at each step of the way which definitely made me feel at ease. Thanks to everyone involved as your site products are starting my mobile auto company single handed.

Thanks to paypal , solved the problem.

They deliver faulty devices and won't take any responsibility to satisfied the customer. They don't know how to interact. First they ask you how you want to deal with the problem. I give them 3 good options and they totally ignore this, like the didn't reed it.

Be aware of this people.Don't shop here. I rather would have given them zero star but unfortunately this is not possible.

Don,t buy anything here .They send you items thats missing some parts.At first they act dumb , like they don,t know what the problem is and when you proof them wrong by sending pictures, they don't react to the email you send them.

And believe me "Susan" is just a guy who believe customers will be nice.

Another Paypal Dispute.

Ordered an item from this company / obdtools.co.uk, the item didn't work on my car so after fighting about this issue for weeks they agreed a refund if I sent the item back, they agreed to refund postage back.

They had the item back for over 3 weeks before I managed to get a refund fighting all the time, got a refund but still won't refund shipping costs even though they agreed to this, also this was no fault of my own, they item said it would work on my car but then said it wouldn't. not my fault at all - miss-sold.

it has got excellent work and affordable at the same time

I buy DAS Xentry HDD, Ford VCM II and Kess.
Everything was ok.

I can recommend this webshop, it's well layed out in several languages.
It supports many sorts of valuta's and shipping is often free !
What seals the deal is the excellent customer support service.

Prices are good, but the best is the support. They respond very quick questions and provide solutions to them, quickly.

By this I do not think we need more.

All items bought (even a year or so ago) from them still work with no problems so good quality build items.
Recently needed some support for one of the items I've bought year or so ago and Susan and Summer from customer service were very helpful responded quick, can't fault their service, (I've used Skype and email support).
From my experience with the company I can easily rate them as five star, others should take a note and follow on how it's done.
I still have a list of items that I will buy from them in the future (finance permitted). When I've bought my items they came via DHL superb packed and in less than 7 days (to UK), and to this add the recent experience with the customer service, I will repeat myself...can't fault their service.
Would happily recommend them to anyone who needs their products.
