Ignoring Warranty for Super MB Pro M6+…

Ignoring Warranty for Super MB Pro M6+ (Order #S/N: BD250214469459. I purchased a Super MB Pro M6+ from this shop 11 months ago. The device cost over $400, but now it has stopped working. I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and WhatsApp, but they are completely ignoring my messages.
The device is still under its 1-year warranty, but the seller is clearly trying to wait until the warranty expires. This is unacceptable for a professional diagnostic tool shop. I have all the videos and photos of the faulty device as proof.
I am warning all buyers: be careful, they have NO after-sales support! I will update this review ONLY if the seller contacts me and provides a solution or a return address for repair.

Top Company!!

I bought some hardware from Autel from this company. I am really very surprised.... The staff are really very friendly and competent!! The communication and support is also very good and helpful!! Great support

Great support. Been buying my products from them for years. My recent issue, my laptop crashed and I lost licensing to a product I purchased from them years ago. I still had the details of the purchase, of which, once produced, they promptly helped me restore functionality.

poor support

Express shipping was not express. Only support is during china business hour. Response is slow and full of excesses(was busy, on vacation and failed to get back to me when they said they would). Could not get the product to work properly. Waited another week then disputed the charges with the credit card. would have been nice to keep working on it by the support team was not to be found

We understand that The software is not EASY to install.
Besides, our vacation leave and the time difference between China and the USA have made it more complicated to provide you with tech support on software installation in time . However, we are unclear why you held back information that you were unavailable for Teamviewer, too, such as your message below:

"It will not be set out for a week or two weeks.And so i'm in michigan, not in kentucky. I'd be more than willing to try to get this to work with you when I get back.But I want support during eastern standard time"

Regarding your concern that express shipping was not express.
We need to ask why this fact was kept secret:
1.we have refunded you the express shipping cost you paid for.
2. Additionally, the parcel was duty-free.
3. While we could have sent your item via DHL, this would likely have incurred significant import taxes for you. Due to the new import tax law in the USA, the tax might even be higher than the item cost of $129.00, which we believe would not be worthwhile for you. So we chose TAX-FREE carrier for you.

Finally, we provided you with the return address on July 31, 2025. However, you opened a chargeback case, which led us to question if there was an attempt to defraud us.

We hope you will return our device for a full refund through the proper channels.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND Be sure to read before using the store's offer. I made a purchase in the store hoping that I would receive the goods quickly and efficiently, the product cost $ 2,510. The product was marked as available and shipping was described as two business days. Unfortunately, it turned out after a few days that the seller did not have the goods and that I had to wait about a month for it. I agreed if the seller gave me compensation in the amount of $ 220. I received this amount of refund. After a month from the purchase, I contacted the store, in response they wrote to me that they did not have good news for me and did not know when the goods would be available. 2 months have passed since the date of the order !!! I wrote a final message that either they give a specific shipping date window or I report the matter to PayPal, through which I paid. They replied after two days that the goods had been sent from Spain and that today I would receive a tracking number. I did not receive the number and the next day, using the whatsapp messenger, the seller wrote to me that he was demanding an additional payment of $ 100. I firmly refused, I waited 2 months, he was rude and arrogant, insisted. Finally, he returned the rest of the money to PayPal. I think that if it weren't for PayPal, I might not have gotten my money back. I lost time and money because the dollar exchange rate changed and after two months I lost about 250 dollars on currency exchange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don't believe the lies of the site's staff. I threatened to report to PayPal in case of non-delivery. I have a screen for everything. I threatened to contact PayPal if the shipment was not delivered. I have no trust in the store because of their attitude. Think twice before you buy. Certainly those customers who buy in your store In case of not receiving the parcel, loss of time and money, will look at the sky and enjoy life as the store staff suggests - see the store's response Pathetic.No customer cares about the alleged loss of the store, only their own. Alleged loss of the store For me, this is a lie because the dollar exchange rate has fallen significantly, which anyone can check. When buying, I paid over PLN 4 for a dollar and at the time of return, the dollar price oscillated around PLN 3.77. So another lie from the store.
