WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

I never write reviews but this company is the worst. I ordered a few clocks and bands but never got them after waiting for weeks. Tried to e-mail customer service (that they mentioned in their confirmation e-mails) many times. I even called to Italy to ask if they could help me. They were very rude and told me to write to their Italian e-mail address, so I did and never heard from them again. They refused to ask DHL where it went wrong and I couldn't start a case myself because they blocked this option. Suddenly the items went back to Italy and I have nothing. I asked PayPal to send me back my money so I hope this will end well. Never ordering from them again.

very bad after-sale service

very bad after-sale service. The return page on the website doesnt work/exist. It took very long for the customer service to reply and be aware if you want to return any products, you as a customer needs to bear all the shipping costs!. I'll never buy anything from this company again!

I seriously wish I had read the reviews !!!

I seriously wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered 3 watches (to get free postage) which were too large for my wrist. Getting through to customer service was impossible. Getting a refund slip was impossible. Too much of my time was involved so I'm giving in to what they hope will happen and am keeping the watches or will toss. Very bad experience.

Customer Service not in O Bag…

Customer Service not in O Bag vocabulary - numerous requests for information regarding delivery totally ignored. Ordered on line and received a confirmatory e-mail of order. Beware if deciding to order from this company.

Utterly disappointed

All right, so website says you get 10% off if you sign up for their newsletter. Then you get a discount code via e-mail. When trying to use it, it says it’s only valid if you register as well. You do that too, then it does as if it accepted the code but then it does not take 10% off the price. Plus, seriously, €18,10 in sending costs!? Used to be a loyal customer in actual shops, but I’m so disappointed by this - not the money you see, but this whole trickery - that I’ll never buy any of their products again.

Exteremely bad customer support

Exteremely bad customer support. My parcel was returned to Italy, sice that time I cannot either get a refund or my purchase. The emails seem to go into "void", nobody replies, nobody tries to help.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. Ordered a bag for which the handles didn’t fit properly, returned it (which was lost by the courier) and given obag failed to confirm by email my return was not received, I couldn’t claim the courier insurance. I lost 60 euros plus a LOT of time calling and emailing their useless customer service.

Parcels being returned to ITALY.

All 3 of my parcels due to be delivered Today are being kept in my local DHL depot as "the sender requested them to be returned". So basically O bag team requested my parcels to be returned to Italy without actually informing me about it. I paid for them, paid for Taxed and custom duty only to be informed by DHL that I will never receive my parcels. Ha! I don't even know the reason! That is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I'll never buy anything from them again. AVOID!!!!!

Illogical returns policy

Really liked my O'Clock watch sold by O bag, so I purchased one as a gift. Sadly, their returns policy is illogical.

The first item was purchased while shipping was free. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size, so I returned it. Instead of just swapping sizes they refunded me and told me to re-purchase, but this time, shipping was no longer free. They told me to sign up to the newsletter and watch out for offers. I did eventually re-purchase when there was a free shipping period on, however, this time the watch was faulty. They told me that they'd refund me, and that I should bin the faulty product and repurchase again...and again, I'm going to have to pay for the shipping again...They simply cannot just send a replacement out.

Totally illogical, and customer services aren't much help.

Avoid if possible!

It gets worse...they have refunded me for the defect watch face, but at the discounted price I paid. I can no longer purchase at this price, so have to purchase at full price. If I purchase again I will be out of pocket to receive a working version of the item I originally purchased. Very frustrating!

if you think to make order in obag.eu

if you think to make order in obag.eu ? dont do that !. I've made order 13.08.19, during sale - 3 bags, few inner bags and few belts
11.09.19 it was finally delivered to me...and it was NOT MY order (it was just 2 inner bags, wchich i even didn;t order :/) , i have contacted few times with customer service of obag and they have arranged courier for me, but i didn't get information WHEN this courier will take this package from my home, so I've asked is it possible to arrange pick up of this package from my work, because from mondey till friday i am not avaible, but i did't get any answer. So 5 days later courier was in my home, surprized that package is not there...he didnt tried to contact with me during next few days, so it was only my problem how to solve this. Ok, finally they have got my order back..ufff (3.10.19)..so, from this time i still waiting for my money, every my message to obag customer service is ignored, so I feel completely disappointed :/ and never again...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I bought one of their bags online shipped to the US. After choosing the bag, inner bag and handles from the website, the inner bag came shiny and is not according to the photo I have seen online and also the handles not as the same color I saw. I contacted customer service and asked for an exchange label since their website was in Italian and I only speak English and I bought the items according to what I saw in the photos yet the photos were deceiving. After a long long wait, and then maybe 5-6 days of emails going back and forth they still refused to send me an exchange label for the product. The customer service person "Beatrice" was horrible and in no way wanted to leave me satisfied with the product I had just paid around $90 for. I had to return the items paying for the return which cost $26 to ship back to Italy and will wait for at least 2 weeks for them to receive it then another 2 for the refund until I can buy new handles and inner bags! This brand is a no reputable brand and is definitely not worth the money. Paying for an expensive bag should come with the responsibility of good customer service and leaving your customer happy with the product! They certainly have not! Last time to buy their product!

Faulty Obag not refunded

I bought an obag mini on 22April 2019 (order 800007179 )an after two months of use (not everyday as I have other obags and of course other purses) it got all wavy and deformed.I claimed a new one to Obag and after one week of waiting with no response on Facebook or to my emails, they finally respond today as follows:

'unfortunately we can't consider the condition of the bag as a production issue, but simply worn out. For this reason we can't refund your order.'

And as per Terms &conditions in Spain their products apparently have a 2 year guaranty.

Dear obag,do you think that we carry potatoes in your bags and that is why they get deformed after 2 months of sporadic use?
And how do you explain that another obag mini that I have is in good condition and not deformed?

19/07/2019: after a few days of attempting to explain Obag their own Terms and conditions as follows:

'12) WARRANTIES
12.1 The Supplier is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years from the
delivery of the goods. '

....this is the last answer I have received:

'I'm sorry but the best we can do is invite you to return your bag at your charge and we'll refund you the amount of the product.

They authorize me to return the faulty bag but I would have to pay for the shipping fees( Minimum 15€ to Italy from Spain).

No response from Customer servise

I ordered bag 2 weeks ago. I did no receive any confirmation email. Therefore I wrote to customer service, where I got machine answer, that They will be contact me, but after one more week nobody reply. I was angry and write there again, but no response again.
UNACCPTABLE!!!

Feels like fraud

I ordered a bag and after 3 weeks waiting i contacted customer support. They said my order was cancelled and didn't know why i wasn't notified. Also my money would have been refunded but nothing here yet. Customer support didn't speak understandable english and was not helping me at all.

Ordered as guest

Ordered as guest, not registered for just one order. there was no confirmation mail after i paid with pay-pal.
At there Homepage they said "just in time for Christmas when ordering till 13.december." and that i get a mail from ups about 5 days after my order when they sent it.
Now its 12 days (ordered 8.december 2018).
just answering machine when i called them in italy. (serveral times). No Response on my reclamation-emails.
think it will not be here for Christmas as they wrote.
Try to get my Money back.

Nachtrag: Die Tasche kam vor Weihnachten zeitgerecht an - wir erhielten aber keinen Rückverfolgungscode der Ware und der Zusteller (überlastet zu Weihnachten) kam gar nicht zu uns. Also keine Information im Briefkasten. Er gab die Pakete einfach in einem Handyshop ab. Gott-sei-Dank kennen wir eine nette Dame die italienisch spricht und bei OBag telefonisch durchkam und die Trackingnr. und die Zustellerfirma bekannt gab.

No communication then they cancelled my order

I placed an order with obag.eu. After a month my order had not arrived so I contacted them. I was told there was a system error and my order can't be shipped, they would refund. It took another 3 weeks to get my refund and I had to make a claim through PayPal to get it. Terrible service and no communication or explanation from them. Shame that their customer service is so bad because the product is good.

Totally dissapointed of O´bags customer service, worst experience ever

I purchased two watches from Obag.eu for my wife´s birthday. They came in sealed cans and one of the watches was missing a plastic protection film and was totally scratched (the other watch had this film and was fine). It basically looked as if someone had been using it for many years. I immediately took a photo and sent an email explaining what was wrong. The response was that this was not a manufacturing error and they could not replace the watch. I thought they misunderstood my email and tried again with the same result. I eventually called and spoke to someone that seemed to be more service minded but she has not come back after two weeks. The watch looked like this when we got it. How can that not be O´bags fault? They must think that my wife scratched it and that we are trying to get a replacement without charge but it is easy to see from the dates when I purchased it and when I sent the email the first time. And why would I put so much effort into this if it was not true, it is just a matter of 20 EUR or so. To me it is a matter of honesty, I feel so dissapointed.
