Extremely bad service
Hello, I received a backorder from Obadis on May10th. On May 15th I was informed that I had cancer which turned my life upside down. On June 11th I sent a return request for one of the goods I ordered at Obadis and I explained why I did not ask for the return on time (i.e.14 days). The Obadis guy replied 3 times with the (same) text: "you explanation does not change the fact that we cannot except a return since the item in question specially ordered for you from our supplier." Which is nonsense and no reasonable reason to deny a return. I now see (too late ) that I am not the only one with a bad Obadis experience. Next time I will pay a little more for a lot better service!
