Absolutely fecking useless. As a worked I'm into my 3rd week onsite and all they've managed to do so far is send 8 emails asking to fill in a questionnaire about CIS payments and if I'm supervised or I can do what I like. No, if I don't wear the PPE, of I don't follow what the clients wants me to accomplish, I'm going to be kicked off site. But apparently not agreeing with the term I can do what I like means I am not a subcontractor. So 3 weeks in and still waiting for the first payment. Normally they'll check I'm even legally allowed to work in the UK but guessing that's not a requirement any more.

Now going to start getting tricky because no payment for work carried out means small claims court case and having had to do a few, they're very quick and easy to do.

Based on my own personal experience, why on earth would anyone choose this company to manage payments?

Oasis is a very efficient umbrella company my wages are always in on time, I recieve a text message and a payslip the day before and then my payment is in my account first thing on a Friday morning. I have no anxiety about my wages being paid and when I was going through setting up my account the support was there.

I wanted to elaborate regarding my Experience with Oasis.

Recently I came to UK and got the Contract Job , then seriously i started looking to find a good Umbrella Company after looking many websites and contacting many members i came to know that Oasis providing the best service so without any Doubt i opted for Oasis.

So my next thing is to find a person who had good knowledge and helps me to understand the process in detail (As i am not familiar with tax regulations that comes with contracting), then i met "Sarath Pemmaraju"

His response was very quick with any query and deliver solid support over the phone and email. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to colleagues and friends. Everything has always been completed on time with no delays. I highly recommend Oasis umbrella when we have good resources like Sarath Pemmaraju who resolved my last minute queries

Oasis Umbrella team has provided me an efficent support dealing with my IR35 contract. My point of contact was Sarat.P, he was well skilled and thoroughly guided the best options which can be adopted .

Oasis provided excellent service! The well-skilled team always went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly including onboarding! Abhilash, my main contact at Oasis answered all the queries I had while never making me feel stupid for asking. He also helped resolve few contractual matters with my agency. Oasis continues to show that I made the correct decision in selecting them

Working as a contractor you want a hassle-free experience. The most important thing is the payments. Oasis were excellent in this regard and I never had a problem and questions were answered promptly. They also sorted out payroll salary sacrifice into a SIPP which was beyond several other organisations. The add-ons were not useful to me and some of the associate companies offered services and then did not follow up but for core umbrella services, they are good.

I think it's wrong that they charge you for them to process your wages so they take £12 a week from you

Excellent Customer Service - Mr Vyas

Due to a sign off process error over the festive period, I faced the prospect of not being paid. I called and spoke with Mr Vyas in Payroll, and within no time at all I had been paid and received a call to confirm I would be paid and I received my payslip. Mr Vyas is always helpful when I have any queries. Thank you for resolving my payment issue.

Outstanding Services- have been with Oasis for a while now .Abhilash always go out of the way to help and support in making the right financial decision without any pressure tactics. Payments are made on the same day. And customer service is always very prompt and quick.

All going well, guys are helpful and resolves any queries quickly
