Had one of the WORST experiences at this hotel
had one of the WORST experiences at this hotel I don’t even know where to start. Firstly the rooms are not nice and are outdated, the images online are very deceiving!
We paid for all inclusive to find out that we did not have access to all the restaurants in the hotel (so do not be deceived to pay for all inclusive). Also the alcohol was really cheap, did not taste nice and was watered down. That’s not even the worst part!
On the 3rd day of my holiday there I got FOOD POISONING from the hotel food (I know it was the hotel food because that is the only place I had eaten the day before and on the morning of the day I got really ill). It was so bad that I threw up 8 TIMES!! I was SHIVERING, I could BARELY STAND because I was so WEAK, I got cold sweats, had DIARRHOEA, and was BED BOUND for 2.5/3 days! It got so bad that the hotel doctor had to come see me and gave me an injection for the pain and nausea (which I had to pay $256 US dollars for even though it was the hotels food that made me sick!) I even had to go to the HOSPITAL!
So after paying for all inclusive and not getting access to all the restaurants I then got food poisoning so I barely ate at the hotel after that, and did not drink because my stomach couldn’t handle alcohol after getting that ill. So honestly DO NOT STAY, EAT OR DRINK IN THIS HOTEL! You are better off going somewhere nicer, and eating and drink out of that hotel!
