We apologize in the delay in your funding. Our original paperwork had discrepancies that we needed to clear up. Once we did it was June 19th, Juneteenth, and banks were closed and we could not issue your ACH. We did so the following business day, on June 22nd. We know our clients' needs are urgent, and we do all we can to move as fast as possible. Again, we're sorry for the delay.

Terrible automated underwriting program
Their automated underwriting program they use for additional advances, denied my second advance because it was a week later, even though I had stated that an unexpected medical emergency had wiped out my funds, and my request traditional funding was still below 10% of my max pay payout on a bulletproof case, and my attorney agreed to sign off on it and then instead of allowing me to explain the system placed me on automatic 30 day phone number block so that I can't call them
