Service is friendly and turn around time is very fast. That said, the percentage rate is astronomical. My loan was $1,500 and repayment is almost $2,600 due within 6 months and even more if my case doesn't settle within the 6 months. My math is not great but that rate is over %140. I went with it because I was in a jam but I pray I'm never that desperate again. Also, when I called with questions, I called 3 times and waited over 30 minutes for someone to answer. They answered the first time but the subsequent 2 times the phone rang over 30 minutes both times before I was disconnected without answering. In the end, I was funded but the interest rate and anxiety of 30+ minute wait times have left a sour taste.

The application process was easy and simple. And it was way quicker than I thought. I appreciate Oasis Financial for helping me in an emergency situation. They really made my situation a lot easier. Thank You Oasis!

I had heard good things about Oasis and was referred to them, so I decided to give them a try. I was hesitant about taking a pre-settlement advance because of the repayment costs and interest, but due to unexpected financial hardship, I needed the assistance.

I requested a specific advance amount and was told by customer service that, once my attorney signed off, I could likely be approved. The company also advertises a turnaround time of about 48 hours. Unfortunately, the process took approximately a week. During that time, whenever I called for updates, it seemed like no one could tell me exactly what was happening with my application.

When I was finally approved, the amount offered was much lower than I had requested. Because I urgently needed the funds, I accepted the advance anyway. Before accepting it, I specifically asked whether I could request the remaining amount I needed. One representative told me I could reapply immediately after receiving the deposit. A couple of days later, I called again to confirm and was told the same thing.

After receiving the funds, I reapplied for the difference, only to be denied within minutes and then informed that I would have to wait 30 days before applying again. That was frustrating because it directly contradicted what I had been told multiple times by customer service.

I can’t say Oasis is a good or bad company because there are many factors involved in pre-settlement funding, including attorney approval and case evaluations. However, clear and consistent communication is extremely important. When customers are told one thing and then something completely different happens, it makes it difficult to trust the process or feel confident about doing business with the company again.

Overall, my biggest concern wasn’t the approval decision itself it was the inconsistent information I received throughout the process.

The process was very quick and efficient, it took roughly 2 days to receive the loan.
