O&A have to be one of my favourite consultants to work with. Not only did they take the time to listen to our requirements, they continually support us and provide us with off market options to help our growth. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh approach to Real Estate. I also love their LinkedIn posts - 'small talk' is my favourite :)

Peter was such a huge help in finding our new office. I gave him a brief at the start and he found some great options in our desired location and budget. He even took me to visit all of the offices so I could see each of them in person.

Peter Dudley of O & A Property Consultants, introduced us to TOG (The Office Group) and specifically Orion House back in August when we were unexpectedly in a position to find new premises.
Peter knew the building and the TOG team well and very much appreciated the urgency of our move. He was quick to respond to any queries and managed some financial ‘persuasion’ with the TOG team smoothly on our behalf.
Having now been in Orion House for just over 2 months, the team are extremely happy here.
We would not hesitate to suggest him to others.

I worked with O&A first back when we wanted to go into a WeWork, but when my company was looking for a space of our own - we had a lot of *must haves* that made finding the right place close to impossible. We were growing very fast, and we needed to be moved in within 4 weeks.

Peter however, true champ, found us every place both on and OFF the market that was not only on-brand but fit budget, location and every quirk we'd demanded. Hero.
