Oakwoods Cemetery Discrimination

Oakwoods Cemetery, located at 1035 E. 67th Street, Chicago, IL. 60637. I have a complaint of discrimination and favortism from the Office manager name Erica. I have purchased several family members grave there in the Garden of Meditation from 1989 to current. My mother was buried their in 1995 and i request then and currently to put a bench by her grave for elder family members when visiting and was denied. Recently, i saw that another family four graves over on the same row and section where my mother and family is has been given permission to put a custom made granite bench by their love one grave. I inquired to the manager Erica and dignity memorial administrator James Herzog who informed me that they gave permission but that my mother still could not have a bench placed by her grave. The Garden of Meditation was not suppose to have any benches, flower pots or items of that sort due to the fact that all graves are flat markers only and easy for the lawn to be cut with any obstruction in the way, but yet they allowed this family to place a bench and not me. My mother was buried before this family loved one and i just as much a right. When consulting about the matter, Erica and James were disrespectful, nasty, and totally racist in their conversation about the matter. I have proceed with legal action from every avenue on the discrimination matter.
