Such a Hideous scheme.

Such a Hideous scheme. So many inquiries and complaints, none of which were resolved. For months, I tried to contact anyone who could help me. I invested a large sum of money, which was not returned. I took the matter to OakmontGu'ard, who helped me defend myself. It took about a month to achieve success.

A disgusting company

A disgusting company, they call us 31 times in less than 1 hour, it's stressful, we've already said that we don't want to know anything about them but they keep calling more and more.
The caller is very rude and thinks he can talk to you the way he wants, we ask him not to call anymore and his answer was that he would call us until we change number.

The platform is fake

The platform is fake. If you deposit money, you will not get it back. Please beware of these scammers. They have several platforms and all of them are fake.

Feels like a scam

This "company's" ad found me on Instagram. You follow a link where it says that you will earn on cargo shipments. They ask you for your name, email address and phone number. It turns out that the investments that they offer are much wider. Then somebody from their support team calls you whenever they please and if you try and arrange a time they are always late. I work in financial industry and know the rules really well.

Things to watch out for:
1. They are not FCA registered which means you don't have protection - when asked about it they say we can't be covered by FCA because they don't regulate what they offer. - other platforms though let you know what is regulated and what is not. So that doesn't sound right.
2. They don't verify you before you transfer your money in. Once you want to withdraw money, they ask you to verify your identity and don't have any ither way to withdraw the money.

3. Level of unprofessionalism - I spoke to two people there. Once I have mentioned that I don't want to continue the relationship with the company, they start to tell that "you are just afraid", "don't listen to your emotions", "you just don't understand how the industry works", "just do it and you will gain trust". Then when none of that works they become aggressive. One guy started personal attacks on me. The other just hung up without even saying goodbye and when I tried to call back, he never picked up. I was polite throughout both calls and said straight away that I have nothing personal against the people, but I don't want to deal with the company itself.
4. They tell you they will tell you how to avoid paying tax by depositing the money into crypto, saying it is the safest currency there is, which is not right, because it is untraceable and a lot of scammers use it to make sure you never get your money back. Tax evasion is a serious crime and is punishable.
5. When you look at their Trustpilot profile, the company is not verified in any way. All positive reviews are from profiles who only have 1 review on TrustPilot.
6. When you go to their website and click on Regulation, you are taken to the companies house which does not confirm what regulation thay are under. Anybody can register on Gov.uk. They have no idea what GDPR is and when you ask them questions about it they get confused. Any financial institution operating in the UK legally will know this because, again, any misuse of personal information is punishable by law.
7. They would only open a Cash ISA when you invest 5000.

I learned the hard way that the knowledge shared with me wasn't worth the stress I had to go through with this shady company. I only lost £78 and happy that I quickly realised that I need to do my research. I am posting this for you to learn from my experience and know what awaits you if you do choose to invest with them.

scammers

the perfect company to lose your money! You can only invest in it, when withdrawing funds, many problems arise for which you will be required to pay, but in the end you will not return anything. The transfer of money to this company occurs through private accounts so that they cannot be returned through the bank. Many promises and nothing but promises and demands for additional payment for various services. If I complain, they will simply laugh at you.

These are professional scammers!

These are professional scammers!
They use psychological pressure, give hope by sending photos of huge sums of money in cash, write about huge percentages that you will receive from investments of at least $10,000.
Don't trust the positive reviews! They are written by the managers working at Oakwell Finance themselves!
I believed them and deposited a not very large amount of money, asked to send a contract of work with oakwell-finance.uk, but they refused, said that there was a contract, but not in writing (they saw it, I did not).
All my managers spoke Russian, but their phones (communication takes place via WhatsApp) begin with +44.
I began to doubt their honesty.
When I asked to finish our contract and return the amount I had paid, oakwell-finance demanded that I pay more money.... I did not agree, how much longer can they deceive me?..
Now I have written a complaint to the FCA. I hope that the UK will not allow scammers to deceive EU and Russian citizens on their territory, using their country, their phones and the name of England.

Oakwell Finance is a SCAMMERS

Oakwell Finance is a SCAMMERS. The managers act aggressively, forcing you to set up an account together and fund it with $150. They promise you high profits, operating with false figures, and promise you trades with a 300% return, which isn't actually the case. I joined for fun and made a profit of $1 on currency trading, and I did it ten times. They paid me $10 and then asked me to top up the account to $1,800 so I could trade profitably on the commodity exchange. I saw through it and demanded a refund of my $140, but then they started terrorizing me by phone, saying, "Invest even more to earn more! Deposit $1,800!" When I refused, my access was completely blocked! They're scammers!
