Extremely pleased with the quality of the oak doors supplied , we had 9 interior doors from Oak Warehouse. We had looked at many options but once we found Oak Warehouse the level of customer service , advice and friendly nature of Kate and her team , convinced us that we would receive a professional service. The whole process was easy and they were more than happy to work to our , slightly, extended timetable. John and Peter, the fitters, were excellent and worked efficiently, explaining any issues they came across whilst installing and how they would resolve these. So we felt part of the process and everything was very clear .

Would definitely recommend , though not the cheapest option on the market we have got a high quality product and service which will last for probably longer than we will !

Excellent customer service and great communication, Kate was so helpful and patient while we were choosing our new oak doors, and John and Pete the fitters were so clean and tidy and did a fantastic job.

Excellent company. Great quality products. After visiting several showrooms I found Oak Warehouse gave very good advice, were easy to deal with and listened to what I wanted. Bought 2 oak doors as a room divider and they put me in touch with John the fitter who came and measured up then fitted them a few weeks later. Would definitely use them again.

We had 13 doors, stair handrails and glass/wood balustrade from Oak Warehouse. Everything with this company is absolutely outstanding. The quality of all that we bought was exquisite. The joiners who fitted it all were total professionals. Nothing was too much of a problem to John and Peter and they were always on time and completed all the work exactly as predicted. I cannot speak too highly of the Oak Warehouse and its fitters. Fantastic.

Great company to deal with. No pressure when visiting the showroom. The product is excellent and can not be faulted. We had 13 doors fitted and they look excellent. The fitting team turned up as agreed and made a great job of fitting the doors. They also cleaned up after themselves which is a bonus.

I’ve had several Engineered oak floors supplied by the oak warehouse. The wider boards look amazing when fitted and wear well.

It’s difficult to source such quality flooring, the oak veneer being about 6mm thick.

The various finishes save varnishing or sealing and wear well , our first floor being fitted over 9 years ago and still looks great.

They were promptly delivered and customer service ( Kate) was very helpful.

Extremely professional from choosing your door to fitting . I can’t praise Kate and the team enough for a completely flawless experience . The doors are beautiful and have been fitted so well by John and his team of fitters . It’s almost an art form the way the doors open and close . All done in a friendly manner and they even hoovered up after . Would highly recommend !

It is very difficult these days to find real solid Oak wood flooring and suppliers to know the product. Oak warehouse team are one of the best I have come across who will take time to understand what you need guiding you through correct process and providing best product for you. The name Oak warehouse is very appropriate and delivers high standard product and professional support. If you want solid Oak flooring do not look else where, many other big names in Chester are fake except for Oak Warehouse. So happy for my beautiful floor and professional fitters supplied by Oak Warehouse. Kate and Matt thank you.

We have purchased, doors, flooring, locks etc from Oak Warehouse, the staff are brilliant, actually i was in there so much i almost got invited to the Works Party, the quality of the items is amazing but its also that the staff can answer any queries, we wouldn't go anywhere else, although in the end i didnt get invited to the works do ha ha

What a fantastic team to deal with. Excellent range of quality products at a fair price with fast delivery, superb customer service and knowledgeable advice provided by Kate, Phil and fitter, John. Nothing was too much trouble. I have just returned to buy two more doors for a bedroom cupboard.
