I'm waiting for my samples for over a month now, so I assume I won't receive it at all.

Bought 79sm of lovely panaget oak laminate. I had 6 packs left worth £400 and OWT refunded the full amount. It looks beautiful and I’m very happy.

Ordered Oak engineered flooring for a client believing goods would be available from stock. advised 10- 14 days delivery from suppliers. Took over 31/2 weeks to be available for collection after we had to chase several times.

Delivery was a few days later than expected and I had to call to find out when it would be delivered as it was never confirmed to me. However the man in the showroom was friendly, as was the man on the phone and the product looks great and is good value.

I purchased some Parador vinyl flooring through Oakley Wood Timber. The service provided by Jamie at the Wokingham Branch was excellent and I would definitely use them again for my flooring needs.

Highly recommended. Everyone at Oakley Wood Timber has been so helpful. As my build kept getting delayed, Darren and Peter accommodated changes without drama and genuinely were only interested in delivering the best product and service.

Looked at their website all week as they had a sale on. Decided on the product and when I went to purchase it was full price. Still went ahead with the purchase as it’s good quality and even at full price, was cheaper than other brands. Chose collection due to time frame. Straight forward and even though they didn’t have my door bar they replaced with a higher quality one and a little can of stain to get the required colour. This matched beautifully. Their showroom is amazing and I will be returning when I’ve saved up enough to replace my doors.

I would like to thank OWT for the super service recently. They supplied and fitted a beautiful new wood floor just before Christmas and it looks stunning, completely changed the look of the house.
Felt slightly daunted when entering the shop (didn't really know what I wanted). But Darren was so knowledgeable and was able to offer advice and support. The Fitting team lead by Peter were super and did a great job, they were polite, very highly skilled and obviously enjoyed what they did.
A great service from start to finish and a must if you don't know where to begin with wooden flooring.
