Very recently, we had a small issue with an item purchased September 2023 (no fault of the company)
Emailed oak furniture king and within 10 minutes, the problem was resolved by way of a replacement item!
Prompt, efficient and excellent customer focused relations!

Great experience - table and chairs
Great experience. We bought a Dakota oak table and 10 Montana chairs. The delivery was to the western isles in Scotland. This is a remote location and it can be difficult finding a supplier to deliver furniture to this location. With Thats furniture, Oak furniture king, the selection, ordering and arranging of the delivery of the table and chairs to our home in the Hebrides was smooth. The customer services were so incredibly helpful, thank you to Helen who made the specific arrangements for our order, she could have not have been more helpful.
The table and chairs arrived at the date and time that was planned and the whole delivery process went so smoothly, with huge thanks to the whole team. The furniture was well packaged so arrived in perfect condition.
Also to thank are the Glasgow MIV depot, and Dr McLeod who were brilliant.
We had an excellent experience and service from beginning to end.

Ordered less than 2 weeks before Christmas and item was delivered within 3 days. For the price we were a little worried about the quality - as soon as the table and chairs arrived those worries were gone - the quality was far superior than we expected.
