I am in the process of selling my apartment through the Bexhill branch, and have really appreciated working with Shelley on the sale. Her extensive knowledge and experience of the local area was really valuable, and she was very helpful when I needed some assistance organising some small renovation work completing.

My previous experiences with estate agents has not been positive so dealing with Oakfield has been a pleasant surprise.

I have used Oakfield on several property transactions this year. The Bexhill team worked so hard in achieving a buyer for my house & the service I received from start to finish was impeccable, they went above and beyond to ensure hurdles were overturned & for a smooth sale.

Oakfield are now selling my late father’s property. Sale was agreed very quickly for the marketing price & I have again been very impressed with the regular updates & support from the team in pushing the sale through efficiently.

I have also used Oakfield lettings & property Management services & must say the team are extremely professional, highly knowledgable & the most efficient letting agent I have had dealings with.

I can’t recommend the ladies at your Bexhill branch enough, in particular Emma who was one of the friendliest people I have ever spoken to over the phone and she was so enthusiastic about wanting to get my properly on the market. I also dealt with Shelley and Sidney who were both equally as lovely. All 3 ladies were very knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful, and a true asset to oakfield.

Michael and Hannah have blown apart my stereotypical view of estate agents. They are straight talking whilst maintaining a warm and friendly manner. They are authentic, sensitive and realistic about your expectations. They are incredibly reliable and respond to issues or concerns quickly without a need to chase. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell to chose Oakfield!

Jenny, who heads the letting team, is a fantastic example of customer service - relaxed, friendly, clear and you feel totally taken care of by her.
And Ive been using them to rent my 2 properties for a couple of years now, so this is a consistent review!

I found the service and the fair negotiation with Shelley Fuller during the purchase of my apartment to be very pleasant. She also guided me well through all the paperwork and was very patient which I really appreciated because English is not my first language.

Oakfield has been our preferred block management company for a number of years. We have a very good working relationship with our block manager (Hannah Dennis) who is always available to guide and assist us. Communication is always clear and concise. They have a good portfolio of trades that they use to get quotes for any works required. Any recurring services (lift, communal lighting services and inspections etc) are managed well for us and we get plenty of notice in advance for any trades that are due to be onsite so we can notify all the residents in our blocks.

Shelley and her sales team were simply excellent. Constantly helping to make a difficult, long-distance sale as easy as possible for us by exceeding my expectations at every hurdle.
