I ordered three types of brackets from Oakcrafts and they are all excellent. So much classier than the standard brackets we had before. I got in a bit of a muddle with my order and ended up placing two orders, assuming I’d just have to take a hit on paying two lots of p and p. But no, Paul contacted me and sorted it all out, refunding me my overpayment. Absolutely outstanding customer service and beautiful products. Highly recommend

We had reason to use the customer service as we over ordered a set of Tranby hooked shelf brackets. Paul at Oakcrafts was more than happy to respond and offer a refund.
In the event we didn't have to return the goods as our son saw what bought and he took the over ordered units for his own house as he liked them so much.

Good quality hooks, very solid.

Ordered 3x pairs of shelf brackets. They absolutely look the part and they're extremely sturdy. The first set of items that were sent seemed to be lost in limbo with Royal Mail when the tracker didn't update. I contacted the team and got very prompt responses and received totally new replacements with in a day or two. Can't fault Oakcrafts, I'll definitely be buying from here again.

ordered osmo door oil through b and q website. the person i spoke to at oakcraft was most helpful and friendly. would use this company again thanks to their excellent customer service and quality of items ordered.

Oakcrafts actually sent me the wrong types of wooden wheels (there were two similar items). Their customer service was excellent when I phoned and I received a replacement very promptly.

I am not a person who generally writes reviews but having purchased from Oakcrafts a couple of times now you could not ask for a better customer service

On this particular occasion I emailed an enquiry as I could not see my required item on their shop - received a reply to say they would have a look for me - today I received an email with a link for the item, which was immediately purchased. This is a company that certainly knows how to retain customers and I would highly recommend it.
