Very bad investment advice

When I was applying for a visa to live in New Zealand with Mr Sean Collin's of NZ Migration he advised me to invest in a New Zealand approved fund called New Zealand Focus Fund which has since closed its doors and consequently I have lost about 40% of my life savings, I am 74 next birthday and have had to go back to work as a result of this, I will never use this cowboy broker again and have now taken legal action, when I call Sean Collins there is no response, my advice is to stay well clear of these people as in the end I had to also sort out all my own immigration issues by myself as they did almost nothing, so beware.
