raicist employees. I went to the store in queensgate mall, lower hutt. I was waiting for their sales person to attend me. after me 4-5 local people came. she attended everyone. she was watching me that i m waiting from last 20 mins but she attended every local people who came after me but she did not attended me.

10d ays ago Pandora Website NZ, promoted a big promotion online. I tried to buy 3 times a bracelet, different sizes, different types and I got an email confirming the order and after they cancelled the item, bracelet, one after another. But they sent all the charms, but I cant wear the charms because I dont have the bracelet. If the website is not accurate and made a mistake is not my problem. They need to honor what they sell. The company is doing bait advertising (using misleading incentives) — when a trade advertises products and services they can’t supply. These must be available in reasonable quantities for a given period of time (or a reasonable time if no time is set). Any limits on the offers should be clearly stated.) this is ilegal in NZ. Considering that they cancelled the bracelet from the order but they didnt cancel the other itens, which i could wear only if i got the bracelet. I tried to buy 3 different bracelets, 3 times it was available online and they didnt send it. I asked them to put me on waiting list or to give me a coupon discount to buy later with the same price, considering that it was a website mistake, they didnt reply me. I sent email many times, almost 2 weeks and noting. I feel like an idiot. I am trying to send back the charms, because I dont have a bracelet to wear it. They just dont respond. It looks like this company is corrupt stealing customer money and taking advantage selling only what they want to sell. I want a solution.
