The product itself is fine
The product itself is fine, but the customer service is disappointing. After making a purchase, I reached out a few days later for an update on my delivery status, as there had been no updates. It took two weeks for my order to arrive, and I received no response from customer service regarding my inquiry. Additionally, the protein shaker bottle that was supposed to be included in the delivery was missing. To top it off, I placed the order using a referral link but never received the promised referral bonuses.

It was great, however I had to check in as a guest and when I register it shows up as an error but it does not highlight what the error is!! I also tried this on the ap and on my desktop and both times got the error, so I cannot register yet!

Certainly more expensive than it used to be! Even with the ‘discounts’. MYPROTEIN used to offer a blanket 40% and was relatively affordable, that no longer seems the case unfortunately.
