I have 4 of your controllers and love them! Bought one for my son in law for Christmas.

I have bought from them on several occasions, I like the products and how they are made.
The prices are good.

The purchase was very easy to make, i hope my order wouldnt last too much to be delivered.

It was really easy to purchase, even with some differences on the Address structure compared with how it is in my country (Brazil).

Tried to order from this company as a business with a corporate card.

They claim the card is "risky" and canceled the order, tried to contact support they respond with the same canned message they sent on the order confirmation.

There is no way to speak with a human at this company, there is no way to work with this company as a business and even the consumer side seems to not respond to anything.

No reason to mess with them ... there are plenty of other companies that offer 3rd party controllers.

I got scam from them. My item never arrived. Not sure what happened. Waste of my time and money. Chinese base company using the name to profit.

Cool products shipped quickly by 4px. I had an issue before with the controller and contact their support email with videos showing the issues and they immediately sent me a replacement. Great customer service! I hope their quality keeps improving. So far one of the better quality 3rd party controller makers for the Switch. My Hyperion joycons are still going strong and now have the Wizard! Only wish I have further is please NYXI release software that can reprogram firmware to adjust deadzones to our liking!

Very good quality controllers, I have very bad rheumatoid arthritis and i love these controllers.
I have 3 pairs now.

I bought the milky’s 2 years ago, was a little sceptical at first because of the ad on social media, but was pleasantly surprised by the good quality, grip and nice design.
I used them a lot and they’re still as great as they were the very first day.

I love the rumble which hori failed to do and the beautiful colored lights.

Recently I bought the transparant ones too and I love the design and quality again, but they are a little slippery cause the material is very smooth and transparent.
They really need a bit more grip, (heard that often from others) apart from that they’re stunning.

My son fell in love with them, so he uses them now and I bought me a pair of wizards which I wanted like forever.

Packaging of the wizards is far better then the Hyperions in my opinion.
I don’t like the cheep plastic in the Hyperion box, this is a big upgrade in packaging.

I really hope they’re also going to produce a golden version of them because of my new switch (Zelda TOTK Oled)

I saw they launched a black and silver Wizard now, so I keep on hoping 😃

Keep up te good work NYXI, you are by far the best company i know for joy cons (far better then Nintendo) and the service is also very good.

Shipping takes about 9 to 12 days mostly sometimes even quicker.

I don’t understand the bad reviews btw, I know a lot of people here who own NYXI’s and we all have great experiences.
I recommend them to everyone and they all love them.

I had a little issue with my milky’s one time and contacted Nyxi via Facebook pm and the service was great.👌🏻

Its a scam, they sent me a used and defective controller. All attempts to get a refund from them have failed so far.

Nyxi Gaming is either a scam company or very poorly run. I ordered the item direct from their website.

I live in the UK.

I ordered the Wizard controller (a GameCube Wavebird split for switch. I ordered it on 30th March, it's now 11th May and I haven't received the item or a refund.

They sent me a tracking email on payment and with the tracking company 4PX Express. After two weeks this tracking info hadn't changed and I had no item.

Contacted NYXI and they said it must be lost and they sent me a replacement with a new tracking number number from 4PX Express. Two weeks passed again and the information never changed on the tracking details.

I contacted PayPal on 3rd May and began requesting a refund via them believing I had been scammed. Nyxi sent a third tracking number with details that finally did update. Over a week has passed and the item still hasn't arrived.

Don't waste your time with this company.

Order a wizard controller, came quickly before the date, controller works very well and good design, fabric is good, absolutely no problems with this company, I ordered directly from their website, not a scam at all

Absolutely ridiculous customer service, their response time to emails is over 14 days contrary to their claims on their website which state considerably less. I purchased a controller for my son which is now not working and within the 12 month warranty via Amazon- they have accepted no responsibility to fix the problem. PLEASE AVOID BETTER ALTERNATIVES AVAILABLE

So far I’m going through the same issue. I was about to buy the Hori split pad pro for $29.99 but the guy at GameStop showed me his switch with the Nyxi controller and I was in awe. He said order from the website and not Amazon, so I did. They took the money out of my account and sent me an order number but when I try to use that information it says no order exist! Seeing other people’s reviews made me feel like I just got scammed out of $52 and it’s annoying. I sent an email and no response from them. If I never receive my controller I hope you all enjoy that $52 because you’ll never get another dime from me.

I purchased a control for 50 € , I received the email with the purchase confirmation and the shipment number, but that's all because it's no more information about the shipment, the tracking number seems to be wrong or whatever.
I wrote them to ask about my order and they replied me that the package is still in transit, but the tracking information is still not available 8 days later.
I wrote them again twice but now nobody answer me.
Last time that I will buy something from them.

I would agree with another user, the customer service is terrible. Fine if you don't have any issues but when something goes wrong they don't care. They don't communicate with you.
I would avoid this company, shame as would be a great product but I have purchased for my children and this is too much effort to get nowhere with a company that simply doesn't care about their customers.

I just received my Nyxi Wizard today fast delivery no controller issues. Best part about the Wizard is that it brings me back to the GameCube days, I’ll definitely order more products from this company and refer Nyxi to all my friends and family

Sadly, I have to add my complaint to the list of complaints already here. Purchased a controller from this company, and while I DID receive the controller, it was faulty. I reached out to the company per the instructions on their website for requesting a return/exchange, but no one responded. Not even after several attempts via multiple channels. They don't appear to have any customer service. So buyer beware. If you buy something from them, as far as they are concerned, there is nothing further they need to do to support their products once they have your money. That means they don't stand by their products or desire returning customers.

Scam. Horrible company. I purchased a controller on March 15, got a confirmation email right away but then nothing else. No info that it shipped or update on tracking. We're already 15 days into the 20 it says it takes for the item to arrive.

I have tried emailing the company multiple times over the past two weeks, but have not received a single response.

Where to start. I payed for the Nyxi Wizard on March 9th it is now March 25th. Still no package. What makes it worse is that I paid 15 bucks for 1st class shipping! On THEIR website it states that Expedited Shipping means my package WILL come within 5-12 days. Its been 15 days. To add onto that, I emailed them 3 days ago with NO REPLY! On the Chinapost the last thing to update was on the 14th and it says my package is at the airlines! 11 days after that and my package is "still in the airlines". If I known Nyxi was so s#%@ I would have bought the controller from EBay! Where it would have came WITHIN 7 days!

Recently purchased the NYXI Hyperion joy cons. The purchase was smooth, the delivery didn't take to long, the product is awesome and my communications with the company have been replied to in a timely manner. My only issue is waiting for stock to be available as I'd really like to buy another Hyperion as a gift for someone. *edit* literally moments after posting my review more stock became available haha talk about great timing!
