I previously used the NYX retractable eyeliner and without doubt it was one of the best I have ever used. I saw that they have reintroduced what I thought was the same product..I bought 3 and my goodness what a disappointment. They have clearly changed the recipe. Within a couple of hours it looked as if I had been crying. It does not stay put but runs. This is an inferior product and a complete waste of money. Do not buy.

I buy what I think is WATERPROOF eyeliner from NYX. It's clearly printed on the box and product. I use the eyeliner and go to lunch. The hostess at the restaurant whispered in my ear that my eyeliner is smudged all over my eyelids. I never been so embarrassed. I clean myself up and continue with lunch. By the time lunch was over once again the eyeliner is smudged. After I get home I contacted NYX they tell me they want lot number, the name of product ect. I send an email with all the information. They replied saying that they will investigate the issue. Really? They know there product is NOT waterproof. I'll never buy anything from them again.

I'm not spending money on products advertised on MEN. Have fun when only transvestites buy your products.

Hello, I recently purchased a setting spray from your Superdrug store which was manufactured by your company ,but I was not satisfied with the product. I used the spray as directed, but it did not provide the results I was looking for. As a result, I would like to request a refund for the product.

I placed an order June 25 and after three days I did not receive any other notification about my order. It wasn’t until I contacted a agent on their website that told me my order couldn’t be processed and they canceled my order. The whole principle was if I didn’t reach out NYX wouldn’t have sent me anything stating my order couldn’t process but yet they took my money. I will never shop on their site again.

Your aggressive advertising campaign on Twitch is simply unbearable. Every time you turn on a stream, your poorly produced ads come on... A little less would be more effective

Rubbish liquid eyeliner. Lasts maybe an hour before fading / disappearing.

Nyx has been wrong with me and then sent me products all broken. On social media Instagram they blocked me so I wouldn't complain. They don't respond to emails and have made a doll out of me. How does a brand use causes to promote itself if it doesn't respect anyone? They don't want to assume the error, they stopped responding and then blocked me. a disappointment

I ordered 2 Shine Loud High Shine Lip Color from their website as it was recommended by a friend. The product was horrible! It was very sticky and had to be scraped off of my lips removing some of the skin in the process. I will never again order any makeup from this company. Whoever says this lipstick is not sticky, is lying!

I love using there primer for eyes and it keeps them on very well well and I like their lipsticks because they all have different colours

I bought here lipstick and concealer for an excellent price. For example, a concealer is ideally suited to my skin tone. Moreover, it;s a good product which is very pleasant to the touch.

After struggling to find a decent drug store concealer, and having tested many plus correctors to hide my brown dark circles, finally found the one. Didn't want to spend money on tarte especially with swatches online. This hides my circles without a corrector , creamy, good coverage and matt finish. I have dry skin and this hardly creases once set with powder. Mine lasted 9 to 6pm. You don't need a lot. Eye cream, primer and concealer, blend with fingers and set. Wow. Everyone skin type is different but do try this, worth the hype and a good daily concealer.

20/5/22 I have just bought NYX Filler Instinct from my local Boots, tried when I got home and the filler went on OK, but after a few seconds my lips began to Sting dreadfully, total waste of money

WORST Experience EVER! I got a damaged package so I leave a message to the customer server (3 times) but NO response after more than 1 week. The most RIDICULOUS thing is, they don't allow me to give feedback about no one taking care of the damaged item! GOOD JOB NYX

Great product but delivery sometimes could be better

I wouldn’t give a star for this what so called company. I placed an order almost a year ago. I didn’t receive any confirmations or updates on the order. I tried contact them via email after 1month of waiting via email and they didn’t replied. After 6 months of trying to contact them, they told me that they canceled my order. I asked them for a refund and still today they avoid to do so. Worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this company not even to my worst enemy. If I grade this company it would be a -20/10. And I gave a lot on the grading.

Never receive product or refund. Worst experience ever.
