Great product, better customer service

My church in swansea, Wales bought the eartek 3-in-1, and its been a game changer for us... one of the headset got faulty and we had a very smooth replacement from Nymrod... really good product that does rue job perfectly in the noisiest of environment and even a better customer service.. I will recommend.

Theft! Do not use

Theft! Goods not received. 3 messages left to ask for update and assistance. Never called back. emails sent from a No Reply address. No way to contact anyone. Shocking.

The package has never turned up

My order has never arrived! I waited in all day specifically to receive the parcel, but when I went to the front door later that afternoon I found an ‘undeliverable’ card from Parcel Force! They never rang the doorbell or even knocked! What’s the point in a delivery service that don’t even try to actually deliver their post?? It will cost me more in petrol to drive to the depot to collect it than the deliver charge, so I expect a full refund for that and my order if it doesn’t arrive in two weeks.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with receiving your order. After looking into this, I can see that you were notified on the morning of the 16th with a 1 hour delivery time-slot which the driver attempted to deliver. I can also see that another unsuccessful delivery was attempted on the 17th January. Unfortunately you will need to liaise with the depot for further instructions. We also do not have any records of any correspondence from you in regards to this issue. In future we would advise contacting us directly so that we can promptly resolve any delivery issues.

Fantastic communication

Fantastic communication from the initial order to the delivery. Ordered a few days before Christmas and still turned up in plenty of time to be wrapped by Santas Elves.
