Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this sham of a company. They are scammers!! My first order did not arrive. I raised a dispute with my bank, and they refunded me. I was somehow charged again, a month after the dispute. I have never subscribed to the recurrence of orders, and I can't even get onto their website to confirm they haven't defaulted me to a repeat order. Save your energy and stay away from them.

My cat loves them & even chews on them after the cord is gone. His teth are as white as can be. I just ordered more.

They took forever to deliver the original order and then removed $$161.50 out of my account. I did no ordering whatsoever. I don’t know what they’re doing. I want my money back. on January 2, 2026 emailed them and contacted them. Haven’t received a message back. Do not trust these people.

When seeing that my order was stuck at customs for a month they sent me a bogus link for the same tracking number to say it was delivered. My link to the official delivery website says still at customs. I recommend getting a similar product through KOGAN (they have theirs for $8.99) or something local as this company is willing to take your money and lie about the orders status to brush you off

Don’t waste your time or money ordering this product. Been waiting over a month for this product and have yet to get it.

Appears to be a fraud. Claims to be an Australian company, but ships from China with Chinese courier service. My order never arrived. Tracking website claims that a card had been left in the mail box with instructions for self-collection. No card has been left. NylaTails Customer service does not respond to emails.

Fraudulent, claim they are Australian based and Australian products. Not true. Shipped from China. I have been waiting for almost a month and not even received the product…. Tracking is dodgy that you have to pay to download an app to track!! Seriously!! Scam and fraudulent. Don’t bother .

This company is a scam. I purchased the sticks for my cat after seeing a Facebook advertisement. They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee and thought it was a ‘safe buy’. My cats sniffed them for one minute and walked away.
When I contacted NylaTails it went back and forth with emails asking me to stimulate ways of play but still did not work. When I wrote back to them they asked for a photo. They said as the bag had been opened they now couldn’t be returned so they will not be offering a refund. They literally stalled it until it was after the 30 days too. Of course a money back guarantee means you have to open the bag to test it with your cats. Save your money. All they are is sticks and an unethical company.
