A lot of brands which are fake and dnt provide you with the correct size or the correct image which is displayed . Beware of this site .

wrong order sent. Once return requested the whole order history deleted fradulently by nykaa fashion. In fact it is adidas product bought from nykaa fashion. Now nykaa fashion says it is adidas product and we can't help. Adidas says it is ordered from nykaa we can't help. Both nykaa fashion and adidas india are fraud. Never ever buy from nykaa.
I have filed a case against both fraud companies.

Did not provide an inner even though it was clearly advertised in the description and the images. When customer service was contacted, it was ridiculously slow and incompetent. Asked me to share the images 6 times before they actually responded. Despite asking for photos of absolutely everything, they refused to reimburse me in any way.

If you get the product, amazing. If you don't, their customer service is the most incompetent I have ever experienced.

In simple terms its a fraud company... Fraud at all levels ...dont spend your hard earned money on this....The customer care is the biggest jokers ...would have given -10 ratings

Your customer support is extremely poor. I just spoke to a representative named Vineet, and he spoke very unprofessionally. He did not provide any proper help. I have called 5 to 6 times, but I still have not received any proper response. Nykaa, you do not even deserve 1 star. Please improve your customer service. Call me and resolve my issue

I ordered 2 suits from nykaa fashion. I was supposed to get it by 10th February and one on the 11th February. I got one only on the 11th February. However ; still haven't received the other product which was to be arrived by 10th February and it's 13th February now. This was the first time I ordered it from nykaa and trust me I wouldn't suggest anybody to buy anything from nykaa fashion pathetic service. You can't even contact them and ask them about your product. Don't waste your money and time on this pathetic app nykaa fashion. Not going to recommend anybody. My money is still stuck and I have no where to go because I have a function at home. Nykaa has ruined my day.

I ordered 2 products from nykaa fashion and i received a completely wrong item. when checked with customer support, they keep disconnecting my customer calls and chats and was not giving any proofs that the correct item was dispatched. They are not genuine. I dint even ask for refund , since they are saying that the correct product was dispatched. I only asked them proof of that and they couldn't provide as they know that they messed up and sent wrong product. They clearly know that it's their fault and that's why not responding to my calls or chat request. Worst Experience

I received a fake product, but Nykaa customer service executive insisted that it had passed QC and was a genuine item. Despite my repeated requests to compare it with the original Plum Smokin’ Vanilla Body Mist, the CSE remained adamant and refused both a return and an exchange. It is already clear that the product delivered is not authentic, yet no support was provided.

Worst experience ever - Never trust Nykaa again

I ordered a gift for my brother’s birthday, trusting Nykaa completely. But they delayed my order by 3 days, and I couldn’t give him the gift on time.
Their customer support is useless — no help, no proper update, just fake promises.
I’m extremely disappointed. This experience has completely broken my trust.
If you value your time and money, please don’t buy from Nykaa.

Worst order cancellation policy.

I recently purchased several Palmonas products through Nykaa, and once again, I received the wrong item. I immediately initiated a replacement request. However, despite the product being picked up, I was delivered the same incorrect item.

For the past 10 days, I've been trying to return the wrong product by submitting a return request, but every day I receive the same response from the courier partner stating that the product cannot be picked up. When I contact customer care, I’m repeatedly asked to provide the same details, including the delivery person’s contact information, without any resolution.

This level of service is extremely frustrating, and there seems to be a complete lack of accountability. I'm at a loss for how to proceed with this situation.

I ordered 14 pajama sets and they delivered only 10. I paid via the app which was a mistake on my part. Worst customer care. Horrible delivery service. NEVER USE NYKAA FASHION! Someone deliberately stole the most expensive 4 pajamas of the 14. I received all the cheap ones. The customer care is refusing to return my money for the 4 sets. Emailing them is a waste of time. They don’t read the emails and simply copy paste and send the same response again and again

It's been 2 weeks since I requested return for a product I ordered from Nykaa, and the delivery person is yet to collect it. They use Delhivery as their logistics partner which is the worst logistics company in the world. I have finally raised a consumer forum complaint against Nykaa.

Go for Myntra, avoid Nykaa at all costs. It's worse than Amazon.

Worse customer support & even worst delivery services. Orders are always delayed. Returns are a nightmare. All calls made by their third party delivery services are SPAM - hence inaccessible if your device is decent. When feedback given, the customer support only provides sympathy & false assurances but no real-time action is actually taken. Delivery agents are incompetent & unprofessional. PS: Order only if you're unemployed & full-time available as they have no regard for timelines.

ordered 3 bags , received 1. Received a confirmation though that all 3 bags are delivered. Informed customer service, they promise resolution/ revert within 48-72 hrs. Over 72 hours later no revert. this is repeatedly breaking commitments made.
Never use this company.
