I ordered a b6005 bedroom set and was told I'll get it in 4 to7 weeks it took 6 months and it was damaged and I paid for white glove service and didn't receive it furniture was dropped off at garage. I was promised a 380,00 refund 3 months ago and all communication has stopped and calls are no longer answer. I advise anyone not to do business with these people. They don't stanby there word or contacts.

Back-ordered items are listed as "In Stock" and they blatantly lie to you in order to close the sale. I purchased both a bedroom set and dining room set from them and both were delayed months despite me being told that they were in stock.

I purchased a bedroom set from them on December 1, 2020 that was listed as in stock and was told it would be delivered in a few weeks. I was then told it was back-ordered, and it would be delivered at the end of January. That turned into the end of February and I eventually received my furniture in the middle of March. This entire time the furniture set was still listed as "In Stock" on their website even though it took me almost 4 months to receive my furniture.

My second order (Which will be my last order with this company) was for a formal dining room set. I ordered from them since the sales rep told me it was in stock and would be delivered in a few weeks. This was ordered at the start of June 2021 and a week after placing my order, I was informed it would be delayed to the start of July. Then I was told it would be delayed until the end of July. Now they are saying it's going to be delayed until the end of August, despite the product still showing "In Stock" on their website.

Both of these order were over $5,000 and the poor level of service and deceit is simply unacceptable. I've received better service and honesty from companies like Jeromes and Mathis Brothers even though their furniture is considerably cheaper. It's completely unacceptable to run a business this way and blatantly lie to your customers on the phone and on your website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Think twice if you are planning to order from them. You will be lucky, if your furniture will be not broken or you will not have missing parts. I ordered 2 bedrooms sets, both of them came without proper mirror supports (it was just two long pine sticks) and one without mattress pad brackets. I called to the company during delivery, they promised to send technician with missing parts. They sent technician without any of parts. Bottom line, if anything is wrong or missing from your order, just refuse your order, this company will never replace/repair your furniture.

We have ordered a new modern sectional from these guys. It took a while to deliver though but i guess was justified by the current COVID situation. We've opted for a curb side delivery and had our next door neighbours help us bring it in. The assembly was easy. 6 month later we are still happy with the purchase.

Excellent experience! Bought a 5pcs bedroom set for my new house and it is perfect! Got it in 2 weeks, with white glove delivery. Ilya was very supportive in making the final choice.
