Patient, prompt and efficient drivers
Lovely drivers, patient and arrived early so we could leave promptly.
Only issues were real difficulties getting hold of the company by phone. Speedy responses to emails (literally by return in some cases) - however, every single number on their emails or website had a call routing that wouldn't connect you with someone and would end the call whatever the option you pick.

The coach booking process is overly complex and inconvenient. In addition, there is no clear point of contact available for emergencies or outside of normal working hours

Fantastic experience! The reservation process was a breeze, thanks to the helpful representative who assisted me every step of the way. The driver was punctual and amicable, and the coach was spotless and comfortable. Moreover, it's the best deal you'll find in Brighton & Hove. Much appreciated!

Easy for booking, took it we could be invoiced. On the day double checked who the drivers were and prompt arrival (altho' one driver gave me hear failure as he said taken off the job as it was cancelled!) soon recitfied this...

Terrible service
Terrible service. Coach was late on both the outgoing and return journey. No one bothered to let us know. Despite us asking numerous times for a coach with an on board toilet for the outward journey we were sent one without a toilet and seats that seemed more suitable for kids. We work with older people. We spent a lot of money on the coach hire and received a v poor service.

From the initial contact with Juliet to arrange the booking to the day of the trip, the service was excellent. Juliet is lovely, answered all queries and the booking was smooth. She was very helpful and answered my many queries with patience. The coach was great, the drivers were amazing and so polite and helpful. The coach was there waiting for us early and then picked us up promptly. It was a great service and we will definitely use the service again for future trips.

We had a great day at the seaside with the coach journey contributing towards that experience. The coach arrived early, the drivers were friendly, helpful and, most importantly, patient. They adjusted the aircon as we requested and the ride was smooth and easy. On the return the coach was early again and the drivers were patient again. We will certainly be using National Express transport solutions for all our trips.

Norwich trip with teenagers
The outward journey was great the driver was fantastic but the return journey was one that wasnt very pleasant. It was a different coach company and it wasnt a pleasant experience for the children and adults on the coach.
