Given that I had 3 years of gap in my career I was able to bag two offers after enrolling to NxtJob in two months. I was very impressed with the way NxtJob very meticulously followed the process and helping us to create resume through SWOT and CAR statements. Also, with the help of integrated AI, it only made the process of job hunting and networking so easy. Also, the fact that they have an intern support for networking was a game changer while I could focus on interviewing and sharpening my skills. The one-one attention by my account manager Farhath was amazing :), she helped me to identify the job niche I need target and the approach to be taken. Overall I had an amazing experience, highly recommend NxtJob for anyone who are looking for jobs even with career gaps!

NxtJob stayed true to its promise by providing the much needed boost to my job search in a tough market and helped me land a great opportunity that ticked all boxes. My primary challenge was discoverability. NxtJob's resume builder did a splendid task of creating tailored resumes to JDs - a much needed tool given the nature of algorithmic ATS systems today. The LinkedIn network builder service crafted conversations with recruiters and hiring teams that got me a foot-in-the-door. Periodic checkpoints by my account manager Charmi reminded me of pending actions needed to move forward. Overall, a great end-to-end program design with necessary tools and resources for a solid job search. Would certainly recommend it to mid-senior level professionals looking to switch.

I’m disappointed with my experience with nxtjob.ai and wanted to share some honest feedback.

1. Be cautious with their sales team. They market themselves as a flexible, understanding startup led by an ex-Army HR officer, but that’s not what you’ll experience post-sale. After payment, communication drops off, and they become unresponsive. Support emails take months to get a reply.

2. What they offer is essentially a DIY course, which isn’t clearly communicated during the sales pitch. After you’re assigned a manager, you end up managing the process yourself, dealing with part-time HR professionals who don’t seem fully committed.

3. They heavily promote their AI tool as groundbreaking, but the pricing is way too high for what it delivers. There are far more efficient and affordable AI tools in the market that can generate 10x better personalized resumes for each job.

I wish I had known this beforehand. Just be cautious and make sure to do thorough research.

I had a very disappointing experience with this job search service. They took the full payment upfront and completely failed to deliver on their promises. After the payment, communication became minimal to nonexistent. There were no proactive updates, no proper assistance, and certainly none of the premium services they claimed to offer. I feel misled and let down, and it seems they are more interested in collecting fees than actually helping clients. Very good service. The tool is really helpful and helps you manage your job search really well. Training modules and regular calls help you understand the best practices and prepare you for every step starting from scouting for jobs to salary negotiation. The account manager too was there for me to handhold when things are not going right. Overall very good service and worth the money you pay

I'm quite sure most, if not all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Read the 1 star reviews here carefully and save your money and time. My friend paid Rs.999 for the web service and was duped. I saw it with my own eyes. Job fetching does not work, nor does the mock interview practice tool. Last I check comments were disabled on their Youtube channel. I am referring to nxtjob.ai. There is no confusion.

Since the day I have joined the program my account manager Priyanka has been very helpful from the start of the program until the end. She has helped me nurture my skills in a way where I could understand my strength and weaknesses.
The steps used in the program to build a resume is very well structured and organised with the help of CAR statements. I could see a drastic difference between the resume I build and the resume that I build using Nxtjob tools.

Constant motivation from my mentor Aradhana, (even on day offs) has helped me so much. She has been extremely patient with all my queries and also very strict in getting the work done. She is indeed a friend, philosopher and guide to me.

First off I was not kept in the dark about the process. I was slow in the initial call. But the first call with my career coach Charmi Barot was less of a coach but more of a personal friend whom I haven't had the privilege of meeting in person as of now. I explained all the issues I had, the part of being sidelined, and the limitations imposed due to location and the inflated salary. I was able to land a new offer. 25 percent hike. And with flexibility to work on a hybrid mode considering my inability to travel to distant places. I was told the search would take 3 months but it materialised faster.
