Great visit with Alex in the showroom, who is extremely knowledgeable about the flooring he sells. Definitely worth the time we spent goping through the options. We ended up ordering a herringbone LVT click system.
Fitting was superbly done by Sam. Totally transformed our kitchen space.
We can thoroughly recommend this business.

*UPDATE. Got a response after the second email and a promise to send another sample.

Ordered a sample 9 days ago, paid, and still nothing has arrived. Sent a reminder email 3 days ago, no reply. The only other contact option is a phone number—no answer, just goes to an answering machine (seriously?)

Second time we have ordered from NorthWest Floors. They were initially recommended to us by a friend.

Service was exceptional first time round and we have had the same experience second time. Delivery was fast and free. Alex kept us updated throughout the order process so we were clear as to when we could expect our delivery. No issues whatsoever. We are due to order more flooring soon and will not hesitate to use Northwest Floors again. Highly recommend!

Good service prompt delivery would use again

Northwest Floors were fabulous from start to finish. We wanted to completely change our living/dining room floor, but were unsure about what type of floor we wanted. Alex was incredibly helpful in explaining the different options and we couldnt be happier with the final outcome. Fitting was done in a day and the whole space is transformed! We love it! Highly recommend!

Brilliant from start to finish, communication was great! We had delays with having an extension and a lot of work going on (this was the run up to Christmas too!) and they were able to work around us still managing to have the work completed, will definitely be returning for bedroom carpets next!! All the fitters were great too.

We recently had our flooring fitted by northwest floors. After careful consideration and with Alex’s advice we decided to go for an lvt flooring in herringbone style. They completed the work in a timely manner and we were extremely grateful as it was just before Christmas straight after the completion of our extension. We are thrilled with our new flooring and would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

Communication was prompt and ordering was easy. Received my Coretec order within the time specified. Will definitely use again if we need more flooring!

Nice range of flooring. Fitters not available in summer months, only flooring. A bit haphazard on customer service. No callbacks. No support to find alternative fitters. No delivery available for flooring. Friendly when you can reach them but a bit disappointing.

Alex provided by far the best quote, one of the few companies that actually got back to us.
Alex maintained good clear communication and understanding as we are undergoing a full home refurb.
Products arrived as described, on time and the price was most agreeable.

Great store and amazing customer service. We had just gotten to the end of a nightmare dealing with another online store that delivered half the order damage. Tried out Northwest upon recommendation from a work colleague and what a difference. Order was with us quickly, everything was perfect.

Also need to add Alex was extremely helpful, its getting rare these days in customer service. I won't use any other store from this point forward for future flooring.
