The dedicated IP address didnt work for…
The dedicated IP address didnt work for me. The website i needed to work was easily able to block nvpn no problems.
And more importantly:
I asked for a refund and they said it was "not a problem" on their end.
I assume i will not get my money back although it says on their site they give you 3 days money refund ?
If i dont i will report it for false advertising and request a refund on paypal.
EDIT: On their site it says they only refund if "the client is TECHNICALLY unable to connect to our service"
Clearly they dont know European law and how it works.
