I installed it on my kayak and absolutely love it! I definitely like it better with my baitcaster than with my spinner. It's extremely sturdy and well-built, and the quality is excellent for the price.

I purchased a set of shallow water anchor brackets that did not work for me. NVN gave me an RMA and after sending them back they credited my payment method and I then purchased a set of brackets that did work. I'm very happy with my NVN Marine experience and will continue being a loyal customer.

Found them to have stock when other retailers do not have the same item. Often their prices are very competitive. NVN have multiple warehouse. This helps with ordering & knowing the items will be delivered.

They provided me a RMA for an order, but claimed the return was damaged yet the pictures they sent showed the product undamaged and they would not allow UPS to come inspect the product to where I could make a claim on the shipment (I insured the return). I've been asking them to send me the item back since and they won't return my voicemails (nobody answers) and won't response to my emails, either. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

I placed an order in June for two items, one was shipped immediately. I waited for 2 months for the other item to ship and finally contacted the company as I was never given an ETA and their website showed the product in stock. They said they canceled my order, never notified me, and even though they cancelled the order they did not refund me until asked. I suspect they make a lot of money by quietly canceling orders and hoping customers forget to demand refunds.

i have been trying to contact someone about warranty on my dual pro sentinel 10 charger/maintainer. all i need is a new power adaptor. can someone get the ball rolling. i need this maintainer working to keep our batteries charged up.

I ordered two hatch spring lifts based on the description and picture provided on the site. Although I did receive the correct part number, based on the sticker on the item, it was not what was described or pictured on the site. I emailed the "business" and explained. I received a reply giving me permission to return the items. I then ask... since this is a result of of your site not describing ot picturing the correct item are you going to pay shipping? No reply. I emailed almost a week later simply asking for a reply. "They" (I think now this is someone sitting in their, maybe their parent's basement) then asked for pictures which I sent immediately. Then "they" said... nope, we sent the correct item. The item has now been listed as sold out and the picture and description removed. This was all over$30 which included shipping both ways. I really hate to think of how this would have played out if it was something expensive. Oh yea, why two stars and not one. Now, I'm surprised I received an item.
