Not ready for production use

Rented a couple of servers to test the service. About a month in, ran into a technical issue that left me unable to connect for several days. Support wasn't particularly helpful in resolving it — the best they could do was extend the rental by a day so I could migrate my data off.

Appreciate that they at least did that, but it's not enough to make up for the downtime or the lack of a real fix. Wouldn't rely on it for anything serious.

Nuxt.Cloud – Delayed Service, False Promises, and Account Deletion After Refund

I decided to try Nuxt.Cloud for a server in Germany, expecting a quick setup as advertised. Instead, I experienced severe delays – the server was never activated, despite their claim of "automatic setup within 2 minutes."

When I contacted support, they provided vague excuses about IP availability issues and even suggested switching to the Netherlands instead of resolving the problem. Meanwhile, their website claims to be based in London, but their legal documents show a registration in Krasnoyarsk, Russia. When I demanded official clarification and a legal address for a formal complaint, they immediately processed a refund and deleted my account. However, transaction fees were not refunded, meaning I still lost money despite their failure to deliver the service.
Server activation delays – nothing was delivered as promised.
False advertising – German servers may not actually be in Germany.
Shady legal structure – claimed London HQ, but actually registered in Russia.
Account deletion after refund – instead of addressing concerns, they erased everything.
No compensation for transaction fees – you pay for their mistakes.
