On the contrary - I unequivocally would say this Nuvora ergo pillow is a LIFE CHANGER - by being a SLEEP changer !
Admit the slow delivery had be anxious thst I had been scammed ,,, But it arrived - -tracking system is DIRE .
Having experienced broken poor sleep for years and thinking 6 hours ( maybe 3 wakes) was GREAT with prescribed pills … I’ve now cut back on the pills as I was getting over 8 hours … and maybe, only one wake !
Bed has become a sanctuary
……not a place of dread….
Recommended to many friends

1 star is too much! Paid my money and got a tracking number only to get NOTHING!!! Website now non existent and tracking is fraudulent. Do not buy a pillow or any other junk from these scammers! 😡😡😡🤬🤬

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, which I now suspect is fraudulent. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received the product. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response or resolution.

It seems their business model is based on taking money without delivering the promised goods or services. I have seen others report similar experiences, which only confirms my suspicion that this is not a legitimate company.
