I just wanted to say thanks for your great service. From the first phone call to delivery I was very impressed, you succeeded in all the areas where I had been let down by another supplier.
Scott was able to secure the item I wanted after I had been told by the other supplier it was out of stock till end of October
I just wish I had bought them all from you in the first place, it would have been cheaper as well. Still I know where to come to now for anything else I need.

The customer care and service at Nuvo is exemplary. I ordered a NOVA Vogue garden sofa set which was out of stock everywhere. I called a few companies to discuss possible delivery but didn't feel the information given was robust or reliable. I spoke to Scott at Nuvo - who actually called me from an inquiry email. He was proactive with the supplier Nova, and excellent at keeping in touch with me as to stock levels and progress of delivery. I highly recommend Nuvo Outdoor Living.

We ordered a garden furniture set, outdoor rug and parasol from Nuvo. The items were in stock and promptly delivered, in person and on a bank holiday no less!! They stayed with us whilst we unpacked and even took away the boxes!!! I’m not sure service gets any better than this! The Nova furniture is really good quality too and just what we wanted!

Very happy with recent purchase of aluminum plant containers. The process from ordering to delivery was very smooth. The containers are not cheap but they are excellent quality and I can see that they will last for many years to come. My new Acers look stunning in them and they have definitely enhanced the look of my garden.
