Supplement review

Aside from packaging malfunctions, the product is high grade and i have seen positive gains from using the product that i frequent. I can really appreciate the low price and the quick processing of my order. Keep up the good work my friends.

Matcha ceremonial cheap quality

Im 100% I got the culinary matcha just cause of the color and flavor and the fact that I’ve been getting it for 5 years. Didn’t want to own up to the mistake and take responsibility and would take forever to respond to my emails I also got ignored twice. I will no longer be getting my 10 kilos of ceremonial matcha every month

Hi Natalie, really sorry to hear that, you were actually sent a higher grade matcha from a different harvest which explains the change in color from your last order, again we apologize for that and if you look in all the emails we responded to we offered to exchange out the matcha for the correct matcha and we issued you the refund for the matcha that was unused. I can always count on good product

I can always count on good product, delivered in reasonable time. I like the simple straightforward presentation of the sizes and packaging format. I also like the detailed information provided for the various supplements.

Finally got the product we ordered

Finally got the product we ordered. Very poor communications. They didn't ship the order until weeks after we ordered and paid for it. Really think they didn't have it and didn't want to admit that so they just stalled. Not a good way to do business. This was a small 'sample' order. If they had performed properly we would have considered them for large bulk orders. Not sure now if they could deliver.

Losing your edge

Overall, I still shop with you for my bulk powders, but some of your pricing is beginning to get high relative to the competitors (ie: Amazon) and you have NEVER had a sale since I have been a member for years now.

Customer support responded nearly…

Customer support responded nearly straight away. Customer support provided excellent advice. Send a sample to me at no cost. Sample arrived within a week. The sample was perfect. I've never experienced this high quality of customer service. Will order some more of the sample.

Only 2 of my 3 samples showed up …

I ordered three samples and received two.
I was on vacation and have not been able to contact them about this. One sample tested well. The other was 40% lower purity than listed . They did come in a timely matter , yet one is missing (and was not on the paperwork sent) . It may just be delayed. Overall, I am unhappy due to the 20% sceletium tortuosum not showing up at all which was the main sample needed. 2 of three and one sample was of poor purity.
I will amend my review after speaking with a CSR.

Slow but worth the wait

I would have given 3 stars because I had to had soooo long to receive my order, but…. The customer service was pretty to fast to respond to my questions and 3 emails and explained why the long delay and letting me know the delay was no fault of their own. So even though I got extremely impatient and then worried my order finally arrived. Great product, packaging and very helpful customer service.

A completely positive experience

Pre-sales were questions answered promptly by email, and my order was delivered on time with no hassles. The products ordered were of good quality, backed by independent lab testing, which they shared with me at my request. So far, a completely positive experience.

Great products and great customer service

NVS not only makes great products they have good customer support. I had an issue with USPS and my address. NVS shipped my product three times when it wasn't their fault I wasn't receiving the shipments. They did a great job of making sure I received my package without any additional cost to me.
