I love Nutrition for Longevity. The cuisine is excellent and my shipment arrived in beautiful condition. Carefully packaged and the food is fresh and vibrant. I highly recommend Nutrition for Longevity if you want healthy, sustainably sourced, flavorful food that tastes good!

Good concept, love the nutrition portion of this program!
The vegan heat and serve meals were pretty bland, but was able to add some spices to jazz them up a bit.
Salads at lunch were extremely handy. Would be nice to have an easy open dressing packet so I didn’t have to carry around something sharp to open them.

Service including customer service is great.

The food is practically indelible. Honestly disgusting. They changed it to heat and eat and I am so disappointed, it is so poorly done. Like rubbery fish, completely unseasoned, with a pile of mush. The breakfast porridge lifted out of the container in one hard lump. It was rubbery and greasy. I ordered coffee which was never delivered. Avoid them.

I have had a private chef where I did not like her cooking and was not as fresh as this. this is so fresh and good tasting. I hope the variety keeps up.

They have completely perfected the shipping execution. They are excellent at communicating delays or early shipping due to weather. Of all of the whole meal services I have tried they have the best results and execution in their shipping

Some of the breakfast items were very good, especially the oatmeal and other grain selections. But I found the lunch and dinner entrees spotty in freshness and overall flavor, the salad dressings often overly vinegary, and fish selections lackluster. I like the concept of this, and it definitely inspired our own cooking ideas, but feel the execution needs more finesse. We will stick to shopping for fresh items and doing our own meal preparation for now.

The website was not very clear, I didn't realize this was a subscription service. I also ordered the 2000 calorie a day plan, thinking that the meals would be bigger than the 1600 calorie plan. The meals each day only come to about 1200-1300 calories. I was unexpectedly sent energy bites and a smoothie mix (I saw no mention of this on the website) and there were no instructions. I did get a quick email back as to what to do with these things, but even adding I can't make the math add up to 2000 calories per day.
The food arrived overnight and the numerous ice packs were still very frozen. Love that the ice packs can be reused or used as plant food, how fun. Everything has tasted good (although personally I'd prefer stronger flavors), and prep is simple. Feeling pretty good after eating well for a few days.
This is the first food delivery type service I've used, and I'll probably order it again a few times a year just for a change and the convenience.

It's a wonderful idea to provide such nutrition, but the ordering doesn't allow for enough flexibility. For example, I prefer making my own breakfast smoothie filled with berries, greens, flax, herbs,ginger, etc. Also, your brownie breakfast was way too sweet, more like a dessert . . . and set off my sugar cravings . Secondly, I'm overweight, elderly, and fairly inactive -- 1600 calories is too much for me (and you don't give any instructions on if or how I might freeze uneaten portions). I'm afraid that over a third of my first order will go wasted.

Very easy to incorporate into my life - I often supplement with another item and make a meal for two.

I ordered vegan meal plan. The food was much testier that back in November, 2020. Also, meals are very creative and beautiful now. I really liked the idea of adding riced cauliflower to oatmeal- the portion looks bigger without additional grain calories.
This time my package was delivered by UPS - I was glad! They have better notifications and service. FedEx lost my package from Prolon few days ago. Thank you very much! I will be ordering again and again.

delivery was way past due. And my olive oil was frozen solid !

When I received my oil and coffee, the oil had leaked all over the inside of the envelope it was shipped in. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away. Apologized and asked if I’d like them to send me a new bottle of oil. I appreciate the quick response and the replacement bottle of oil(I haven’t received it yet).

I wish i read the reviews before i placed my order with nutrition for longevity. I have used many different fully prepared meal companies and so far this is the worst one. Food has no taste, pasta came uncooked, delivery came super late. I ended up throwing out all of them. Contacted customer service and was very disappointed with their answer.

Nutrition has great customer service. I was offered a fresh order.

Too much chick peas in different forms.

I tried the 3-day pescatarian heat and eat box The food only took a couple minutes to heat and was pretty tasty! My only problem was trying to find out when my food would arrive. I never got a shipping notification or tracking number, and I had no place to submit a delivery date option when ordering.

I felt that the salads were not as filling. The chips with the breakfast were mushy and not good. Overall the breakfasts and dinners were great. Lots of flavor.
